While the food is always great (hot, hasn't been sitting for ages) customer service and speed have hit an all time low, and I've been around long enough to have observed the place over decades.
The only point I can see of the dual land drive-thru (only at the speaker) is to help limit traffic backing up onto Lansdowne (which it still does sometimes because of the slow service speed). A recent experience was typical, unfortunately: I went late in the evening. There's two cars in front of me (one in either lane). I pull up beside one of them. About thirty seconds later another vehicle pulls up behind the car in the second lane. We sit for nearly five minutes before the car in front of me proceeds forward, and I pull up to the speaker. No response on the speaker. I can hear, outside, the person in the next lane ordering. He proceeds forward and the vehicle behind him pulls up to that speaker. I'm still sitting waiting, with no indication that anyone knows I'm there -- no response of any kind from staff. After another 2 or 3 minutes someone takes the order of the other vehicle (which arrived after I did). He proceeds forward and at this point I continue to sit there. 2, 3, 4 minutes go by. I decide that I'll see just how long I have to sit here ... before I drive up to the window and ask what's going on. Another minute or two pass and then I hear "DFJKLSDJKFdslkdjfdsfdj." I said, "Excuse me?" "SDFLKJLLASDFLJASDF" This time I said, "Are you trying to ask me to wait?" Now I get a "Yeah," reply. Alright then. I've already been waiting for going on 10 minutes from time of arrival, and there's no other vehicles around, and the last one before me proceeded through several minutes ago so I don't know what the wait is. Finally I get a "What can I get you?" Uhmmmm ... it's a mobile order #XXXX. "What's that?" It's mobile order #XXXX. "Are you here to pick it up?" YES, that's what I'm here for ... to pick it up. "Ok. Come up to the window." Thank you.
As usual, and despite there being no traffic behind me ... the automatic response at the window is to ask me to pull forward to ANOTHER window and wait there where someone will bring the order to me. Many times I've gone and they have so many cars stacked at various secondary windows and parking spots ... there's no point asking me to pull forward because there's nowhere else to go AND because you obviously can't keep up with the orders you already have, so there's no point in my making way for the person behind me ... who is also going to be sitting waiting. We might as well all just stay where we are.
How is it that despite all the automation and computerization things just keep getting slower and slower ... and far worse service/speed than...
Read moreOn 23rd of October by 11:10 PM I was here to kick my DoorDash audit which was supposed to be picked up by 11:15 but I waited till 1132 for this order to get ready and then I was here to pick my next order by 1152, which was supposed to be picked up by 11:56 and these guys told that they have an issue in their System and they cannot see the order so they took the order details from me and told me that this will be ready in five minutes so you can wait outside for this order and I waited around 35 minutes for this order and the customer was calling me again and again to unassigned the order or Asking me how to cancel it because it's now been too late and by 1135. I have to lose that order automatically by DoorDash because that order was in picked up Within time, I don't know what customer service these guys provide. I never ever seen this problem in any other Maddy they just take around 5 to 10 minutes not more than that so these guys take like 30-35 minutes for one guy to serve And that also in nighttime when they have only 3 to 4 customers so is it that busy for you that you can't even make an order for 3-4 people in 10 to 15 minutes is that your customer service? please, if someone is looking this from management, please look after your team your shift managers how they are handling the shift And making the customers wait for 30 to 35 minutes When it's not even busy. I just don't wanna say any names on Google, but you might know that who else from your staff worked on that night and please look after these things that they don't make Anyone wait for that long. Hope I could rate in...
Read moreI bought 2 bacon McGriddles, and 2 sausage McGriddles about a month ago from the MuckyDee’s by my house and my bill came up to about 27 bucks! No hash brown, no drink, NOTHING! Just FOUR sandwiches, and TWO of the four weren’t even made right and when I brought it to their attention they “FIXED” it BUT actually CHARGED ME for the “extra” bacon they accidentally put on my sausage McGriddles. I could not believe it when I got home and realized they actually charged me extra to compensate THEM for THEIR mistake! Also the sandwiches ALL FOUR OF THEM had pieces of broken egg shells in them and it actually chipped my damn front tooth on the second sandwich I bit down into. Absolutely unacceptable! You’d think the quality would go up atleast a BIT alongside the PRICES going up but NOPE! It actually seems as if the prices have gone up, yet the quality has gone down. A LOT!
Well just went to this dump again because it was on the way and was in a rush I ordered just 3 hash browns for my kid and waited 25 minutes! Not only that but the chunky kid at the register obviously woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and he should put his little attitude in check because maybe someone else woke up in the wrong side of the bed too, and to top it all off when the “manager” hands me the bag of hash browns I asked if there was ketchup in the bag and she rolls her I eyes and snaps “YES ITS IN THE BAG!!!!!” This location should really be...
