It's a shame: when they manage to get the order delivered without the Pizza being folded in half, it actually taste damn good. So good, I could even overlook the 30 minute late time delivering. They really need to get their staff in gear. If you are going to be 30 minutes late, call the consumer for a quick courtesy call and let them know! Even Pizza Pizza can do that, and I find they have the worst service in Peterborough.
Overall for the price they charge, there is 0 excuse for a folded pizza arriving not once but twice in a month, all because drivers are speeding to do as many deliveries as possible. If you are going to speed, then learn to not tip and secure the pizza in place. Now they offered me a re-fire on both instances; the latest instance I couldn't accept due to a personal errand. That said, my kids and I paid for $30 meal consisting only of appetizers and no pizza.

We went online to view the menu options online and called in and ordered their family meal deal promotion for $28.99 and when we got home we discovered they didn't include the dessert that not only do their advertise but the girl who took our order asked us for which dessert we would like to pick. When we got home, we discovered we were missing one of the add on items we had ordered. I called the store to ask that they apply a credit for a future order for the missed item and was told I'd have to speak to the manager on duty. The manager on duty advised us that the dessert (which is both advertised on their website and we were told by the girl who took our order was included in the Family deal) is in fact not included and that their store doesn't include the same promotions that are advertised on their website. I was informed had we ordered online it would have came included the dessert. Note there is no where online or in store that provides notice that the online website and store may differ. Next we discover we were charged over $46.63 for the family meal with taxes (should have been $32.76) and when asked if we can get the difference back we were told we would have to callback on Monday and speak with a different manager and that they would not give us the amount they overcharged us back but may offer a credit. Needless to say a call into their head office has already been placed and we've been informed that we should hear back within 24 to 48 hours. Again, worst customer...
Read moreOrdered papa John's, and the man working got my order wrong, when I called him he said that he would replace the pizza, ( which was great to offer) however when I went back in to get the replacement 2 days later they were very rude and it was difficult to "find my name" also when they found my name the guy had written the replacement order down wrong ( toppings) had they not read it to me I would have had a repeat issue. Overall, their pizza is good, I would like it to be made with a better amount of cheese if you get added toppings because the toppings just fall off without it. Service was mid, and I was appreciative that they were willing to fix their mistakes. I'd go back, but will also remember to be proactive if I want my pizza...
