One of the worst experiences I have ever had at restaurant ordered food for 6 people waited almost 2 hours to get the food they forgot someone’s appetizers all together until we asked about them and the waitress said “oh you never got them ?” So we said don’t worry about them but that’s not even the worse after waiting the food finally arrived two by two waiting almost 10 minutes to finally get all the food we thought until someone asked if there was Comming to which the waitress replied “yes should be comming soon “ another 15 minutes past before we asked again and was told they forgot all about and will make to which we said don’t worry about it again but wait that’s still not the worse as I went to eat my garlic bread I noticed the smell of fish and tasted a strong taste of fish so I asked the waitress was the near fish or something and she said “there was a larger order for fish and chips at the same time are you allergic to fish?” I said no but raw fish then touched my food and she only apologized.

This is not acceptable and absolutely dangerous and disgusting I instantly felt sick and when I said this she did nothing and I asked for a manager and was told there isn’t one.

Worst experience ever I will be contacting the health board and opening a case against this so...

I went here last Saturday and it was absolutely awful service, from the time we sat to the time we got our food was almost 2 hours, not to mention they forgot my food completely and the garlic bread smelled and tasted like raw fish. By the time the other people in my party got their food and were finished I still didn’t have mine and by the time the waitress realized and offered to have it made and comp it I said I’ll just take it to go I wasn’t going to make the rest of my party wait for me, she had blamed this on a big order that came in however when I went in to pay there was only 1 table of 4 people who were the other people in the restaurant she said she would do something for our bill but all that was done was my meal was comped everybody else in my party also waited an hour and a half for their food and when I asked for a manager the response was “there’s no manager in” absolutely awful experience will definitely never be going back here and for my partners meal a plate of nachos and 2 drinks it was over $70 mind you my partners garlic bread was the one that was cross contaminated with fish I ate some of the bread and we both felt absolutely sick the next morning. Thought we would go for a dinner here, but left disappointed. No one greets you, you have to find them, Not very attentive to the customers and we had been an hour and still have not gotten our food . I understand with covid and outdoor dining can be a little hectic but jeez! We had to go in and ask how much longer and then the waitress couldn't recall what we even ordered.. Funny when we said can we get our order to go instead, we had it within 5 minutes. We got home p only to discover we DID NOT get what we ordered. My hubby thought well we will just go with it and the first bite if steak in the steak sandwich was so grisslely he choked on it. We packed it all back up and back to the restaurant and demanded our money back and told them we will Not be back and that they could keep there gift certificate....
