I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location due to the unprofessional behaviour of both the supervisor and the manager. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, they were rude and dismissive—not just to me, but also in how they treated other staff in front of customers. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and made the visit unpleasant. I think they both are husband and wife and I don’t understand why they have shift together , according to the Tim Horton policy I don’t think husband and wife work together in same shift . Customer service should be a priority, especially from leadership. I expect better from a brand like Tim Hortons. I hope upper management takes these...
Read moreWent in to get coffee 4 employees working. For this location- full staffed. All were focused on the drive thru and changing garbage’s. I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I had to ask for service twice before the someone helped. The manager (long purple hair) looked at me and continued to stir coffees. She didn’t direct staff to help (even after hearing me say “should I use the drive thru to get service?”) she didn’t greet or acknowledge me, nor apologize to me for my wait. Read moreAbsolutely disgusted in the service here ... got an everything bagel with extra bacon .. went to bite into it and literally looked like a half a strip of bacon was put on it .. called in and spoke with the manager who was very rude and told me if I can't turn around and bring it back then I'd have to hold onto it until tomorrow to bring it back ... seriously? Spending 6+$ on a bagel with extra bacon and instead of getting to eat today I have to bring it back tomorrow .. I literally spend $12 every morning at this location.. guess I'll be looking elsewhere that...
