Riley's is my favourite restaurant in Peterborough! The sweet potato fries and chipotle dip is better than anywhere else! And the pulled pork sandwich on a pretzel bun is to die for! It's a bit pricey for a pub but the quality makes it worth it. It's always super busy though, a bit dark and very noisy which is a turn-off for me. And sometimes getting a table is a bit of a wait. The washrooms also aren't very clean and there are a lot of stairs so they aren't wheelchair accessible. In the summer, I love sitting on their rooftop patio! The wait time for a table is brutal though and there's no organized line or way to tell who's up next for a table so people who arrive after you end up getting a table first which isn't fair. And there are a million stairs to get up to the patio so it restricts people with mobility issues from eating up there. We've also had our meals messed up on the patio and the wait time for food is much longer than inside. The servers also aren't as friendly as they're always run off their feet. But it's still my favourite patio in the city. I just wish it opened earlier in the spring and stayed open later in the fall. In terms of take-out, the food is pretty pricey and it's usually always wrong. However, whenever I've called and reported issues with my meal they've always offered me a credit which is great customer service. Parking is also difficult to find which makes it especially hard when picking up food. And they don't offer delivery which is disappointing. There are definitely ways Riley's could improve but it's still my favourite restaurant in Peterborough.

Right off the top! The best burgers in Ontario! Hands down! The flavour! The perfect amount of char! Wow!! Compliments to the chef last night! Our party ordered a few burgers and we all agreed they were amazing! To top it off, melting the cheese over the perfectly cooked bacon was perfection! Nothing more to say, order one! Now! Or you can go with the sticky chicken fingers, but if you look at the pictures they are basically 2 or 3 chicken breasts! So much food and we'll worth the price! The restaurant is gigantic, with plenty of room to stretch out and you aren't packed in on top of other tables. They also have an amazing number of pool tables! Such a fun and welcoming place. Well done owners.! Your staff are amazing, helpful and top notch. If you are thinking of eating here! Do so!

Perfect Experience Here for my Graduation Celebration with My Mother. Really really love the food. The Double Cheese Burger was just PERFECTION. So Scrumptious. The Steak was ok. The Mash was ok. The Mushrooms were really good. The vegetables were really good. The Service was Perfect. I love how they close late so that you can really enjoy your party. Thank you so much Riley's Pub. I love the reservation table we got as well from the friendly bartender. Our server was very nice as well. Appreciate you so much Riley's Pub. You are one of the Most Popular restaurants in Peterborough for a Reason. Loved it here.

Being a local, I have enjoyed Rileys for years. The atmosphere is beautiful with the mix of wood, booths, lights, windows and brick walls. The food is always delicious, generous in size and fresh ... every single time. Whether I am ordering a meal for myself or a few appetizers for the table, I have always been impressed with the pricing and portion size. Update: My friends and I went to Wing Night. Let me tell you I appreciate that Riley’s is consistent, they offer great service, and delicious food. Their drink menu offers variety and you can’t go wrong with wings, fries and a married salad!

Had a great time with a few friends. Had the option of sitting out at picnic tables or inside with social distancing rules and guidelines. Friendly waitress, fairly decent food portions for the chicken caesar salad wrap and lattice fries dish I ordered. Also ordered some pizza sticks as a starter but they came with the meal instead of ahead of time. Had to ask waitress twice for Kethcup for my fries and didn't even and up getting any. Been before to play pool before, was good atmosphere, not too loud so you can still have a conversation at the tables eating or out in the pool hall area.

Always a delicious time. Good food, good value and good atmosphere. With the added bonus of having a pool hall and nightclub attached. I come often and always leave very full and happy. Very polite and attentive service and this time was no different. For dinner, I had the appetizer that can't be beat, the Snakebites. Which are crispy, and spicy chicken chunks. For the main, Pulled Pork Burger, which is a standard burger topped with yummy and creamy pulled pork on your choice of 3 types of bun. Paired with lattace fries, that comes with onion dip. Top it off with a tasty Ruby Relaxer.
