Extreme Burrito — Restaurant in Pickering

I am beyond disappointed with my experience here. A month ago, I ordered two small burritos from their 2-for-1 deal on UberEats and was shocked at how little chicken I received. I figured it was because I got the smaller size and let it go. But recently, I gave them another shot as I did enjoy the taste of the burrito the first time, this time upgrading to their larger sized burritos and paying an extra $6-7, only to get the same (if not less) chicken than before.

How does it make sense that upgrading to a bigger burrito doesn’t come with more protein? Instead, I got two oversized wraps stuffed with nothing but rice, beans, and veggies, with maybe 5-10 tiny pieces of chicken in each. At that point, I was just eating a plain carb-filled wrap. I saw another review from months ago complaining about the same thing, and I completely agree, this place is ridiculously stingy with protein. I understand that you need to make a profit, but even Chipotle gives me more chicken than this.

I spent $25 thinking I was getting a decent deal, but instead, I finished both wraps and was still hungry. It’s ridiculous that I have to pay almost $8 extra for the two burrito's just to get what should be a standard portion of chicken when other burrito chains include a reasonable amount by default. This was a complete waste of money, and I won’t be ordering from here again. Do better for your customers instead of cutting...

This place is exceptional ! 10/10 Food, 10/10 Customer service !

I regularly order food from here for my employees at the end of each month at our most busiest time as a treat.

Today we ordered food for about 10 people and last min when my Uber driver was at the location to pick up the food I remembered that I forgot to order something vegetarian for my employee, so I called the location to see if it was possible to squeeze the order in and you can charge me for it the response I got was not a problem at all your drivers here but we will get that made for you right away, and don’t worry about the money it’s on the house and thank you for your business ! How much better could they get ? Doesn’t stop there he goes on to tell him how they gave us more stuff which I won’t mention here as I don’t want people to take advantage of their great customer service, as I believe they will go above and beyond for their customers.

I will continue to order food from here every month for work and will personally order food from here as I live close by!

Absolutely perfect. I've tried all the other burrito restaurants, and I can't believe I'm only now discovering the true winner. These guys do it best!

I got an Extreme ground beef burrito, with the usual toppings, sour cream and cilantro lime sauce. The food is super fresh and delicious, the flavours are incredible, these folks know how to cook. I must also note, the guacamole is a banger hit! It has the right amount of zing and presence, I'll speculate they put garlic and lime in it to make it taste extra special, definitely made with real avocados - not that flavourless green paste you get at other restaurants.

The burrito was wrapped tight and right, toasted a fair amount, and never tore throughout the entirety of me eating it. If you know, you know - how important the build is! My wrapper was completely clean by the end, no dripping, no mess - just pure quality, care and attention.

The restaurant is very clean, and the service is top notch. I was lucky enough to meet the owners who are delightfully kind.

I'll definitely be returning and spreading the word to all my friends and family.
