I recently dined at Hakka Delight, a cozy restaurant specializing in Hakka Chinese cuisine, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Here's a breakdown of my visit: **Ambiance:** The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful decor that blends traditional Chinese elements with a modern touch. The seating is comfortable, and the space is well-lit, making it perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. **Service:** The staff at Hakka Delight were attentive and courteous. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and promptly seated. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. The food arrived in a timely manner, and the staff checked in regularly to ensure we were satisfied. **Food:** The highlight of Hakka Delight is undoubtedly the food. We started with the Hot and Sour Soup, which was flavorful and had the perfect balance of spice and tanginess. For appetizers, we ordered the Crispy Hakka Spring Rolls, which were perfectly fried and came with a delicious dipping sauce. For the main course, we had the Hakka Chili Chicken and the Manchurian Noodles. The Hakka Chili Chicken was a standout dish with tender pieces of chicken cooked in a savory and spicy sauce, garnished with fresh green onions. The Manchurian Noodles were equally impressive, with a rich and tangy sauce coating the noodles and vegetables. **Value:** The prices at Hakka Delight are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. We felt that we received good value for our money, especially considering the generous portions. **Overall:** Hakka Delight is a fantastic option for anyone craving authentic Hakka Chinese cuisine. The combination of delicious food, friendly service, and pleasant ambiance makes it a place I would highly recommend. While there is always room for improvement, such as expanding the menu to include more vegetarian options, the overall experience was highly satisfying. **Conclusion:** If you're in the mood for flavorful and well-prepared Hakka Chinese dishes, Hakka Delight should definitely be on your list. I look forward to returning and trying more items from their extensive menu. **Final Rating: 4/5**

I wish I could give 0 stars. This restaurant does not deserve to be in business given the complete lack of manners or professionalism. We visited as a family group of 11 adults and 3 children. The moment we arrived, instead of greeting us, the server said we should have called before coming with a large group. We were pointed to a few tables, and when we tried to join them so we could sit together, they told us to wait instead of helping. When my uncle politely asked if we could place our order, the server raised his voice and said they would come when ready. My 2-year-old was excited to see the fish tank and stood there pointing at the fish for about two minutes — there were no other children there and the restaurant was nearly empty. They never offered a high chair; we had to get them ourselves. They also didn’t offer water or any basic service upon seating. A lady finally took our order — 2 large soups, 2 noodles, and 2 chicken pakoras(they said they serve about 30 pieces for 2 orders). We wanted to start with that and, honestly, we’re glad we didn’t spend a single penny. Moments later, the same server returned saying the order was “not enough.”and it’s not worth it. When my husband asked what kind of customer service that was, the server suddenly became aggressive, telling us to leave and not return. When asked to calm down, he began shouting more inappropriate words and behaved in a threatening manner. We have a video showing this behavior, which started right after he told us to leave. Instead of resolving the issue, the woman who took the order (apparently a family member) defended him and also began shouting. We left the restaurant humiliated, and our children were frightened. Their response to earlier reviews is full of false claims — there were barely any other guests, our children were quiet, and no “minimum spending policy” was ever mentioned. The way this business treated a family with young children is unacceptable. Avoid this place. No family should ever experience hostility or shouting while simply trying to have a meal.

‼️‼️HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE‼️‼️ I don’t usually write negative reviews, but our experience at this restaurant was so unbelievably bad that I feel people deserve to know what they’re walking into. From the very moment we entered, the entire atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. First of all, the staff’s attitude was shockingly rude. There was no greeting, no smile, just blank, irritated faces that made us feel like we were disturbing them by simply showing up. When we politely asked for a table, the guy responded in a dismissive tone and acted as if we were asking for a personal favor instead of being paying customers. It was such a disrespectful and unprofessional start that it already set the wrong mood. Once seated, things only got worse. The servers showed no courtesy or basic manners. They were impatient, rolled their eyes when we simply asked to place our order, and spoke to us in a condescending way. Even though we tried to stay polite and patient, their behavior remained consistently cold and arrogant. At one point, we placed our order with a lady, that same guy came over and told us the order “was not worth it.” When we calmly asked what the problem was, he suddenly started yelling at us out of nowhere. It was horribly uncomfortable and downright disrespectful. And as we were leaving, that same guy continued shouting and using bad language. I have never witnessed such appalling behavior in any restaurant in my life. We left feeling completely insulted, unwelcome, and disappointed. This is one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. It’s clear that the management has no control over their staff and no understanding of customer service or even basic human decency. If you value good manners, respect, and a pleasant atmosphere, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of restaurants that actually understand what hospitality means, this one absolutely does not.

Wanted to write about a recent incident which happened with my family on 22-Jan-2015. Went there around 9:00 PM to have dinner with family. The restaurant was all empty except one couple. First impression empty and not a warm welcome should have guessed something wrong. Anyhow wanted to give benefit of the doubt. Got the menu and ordered a few items. Cannot comment on the food as we never got to eat, was there for less than 10 minutes and walked out; but the customer service and the attitude was the WORST and non-existent

My 2 year toddler son was excited seeing the fish in the fish tank and expressing his joy just by clapping and laughing out of excitement remaining in his seat all the time (normal behavior from a toddler), when the waiter walked to me and asked me to tone down my 2 year toddler. I asked if there was a problem and how I could stop the toddlers excitement. He was not running around or breaking things just enjoying himself watching the fish from his seat. I asked the waiter what the issue was , he said the customers will complain the toddler being loud !!!! I was shocked, first of all there was only one customer and they seemed least bothered. The one who seemed most bothered was the waiter and his other waiter. I even asked the couple if they had any issue with the toddler enjoying.

I clearly was shocked and didn't expect these words to tone down my little one; for a toddler enjoying himself. Anyhow I asked the waiter that he should put a board indicating "NO KIDS". I guess they need basics coaching of customer service and how to treat customers especially kids. When I complained that I was not happy with the attitude he seemed least bothered and the other waiter seemed least bothered too. I told them I want to leave and will write a review and they seemed least bothered and told me to teach manners to my 2 year old toddler and even asked me leave the restaurant. Manners as he was excited seeing the fish in the fish tank and expressing his joy !!!! This was unbelievable. He was showing me the way out.

Anyhow a strong warning to anyone especially families with kids to think twice before entering this establishment Hakka Fusion. Save yourself a trip and your respect. Also for others customer service here is something that is not heard of. You have...
