Wow...I feel honored to be the first to write a poor (real) review. I'm assuming the majority, if not all of the reviews, are from family/owner(s). Our visit was for Mother's Day. To place your order, you have to yell at the girl at the cash, as the music was so loud. I could barely hear anything she was saying to me...and no I am not hard of hearing. It was ridiculous how loud it was. Perhaps the manager should wake up to that one. Secondly, if you want a burger that doesn't have cheese....good luck. Most of their burgers are pre-made, so your only choice is a hamburger, the size of a happy meal burger. No word of a lie. I could've got a double patty but being my first/last visit, I did not know the burger would be that small. It wasn't even on the menu. The girl told me that was my only choice...without cheese. You cannot request a custom made burger, though you do get choices of the sauces. The chocolate/caramel milkshake was NOT chocolate/caramel. There was no caramel taste, at all. My husband tried it & he said the same thing. For the price of the meals, it is not worth returning. Not when you can get an amazing meal at Big Pete's, in Whitby, and pay about the same. Hugh disappointment...but...

I finally had the chance to try the recently opened Burger's Priest in Pickering and I have to confess - it was GOOD!

I had the High Priest combo, which included enough fries to feed a small country, and a can of pop.

If the burger looks a little familiar, it's what the big clown's signature burger could/should have been! It had two beef patties, Secret Sauce, shredded lettuce, cheese, pickles & diced onions with an extra bun in the middle. This was ten times better! It was fresher, bigger and tastier.

The fries were an enormous portion. I couldn't finish it. If you go with a friend, you only need one order of fries.

At one point, I was the only person dining in but there were a lot of takeout orders, with delivery drivers picking up orders every few minutes. There were also a couple of events with food trucks going on nearby.

The service was good and the staff were all very cheerful and seemed to get along great with each other. The food was good and represented a great value compared to other burger places I've been to. I'll...

This is my second time having burger's priest after a few years and I was really excited to try some new items on the menu.

Today I decided to go with a chicken burger and stern fries. The chicken burger was good. it was crispy and the flavors were great but nothing super unique.

I was excited to try the stern fries, but I found that the grilled onions were a bit much. they were full rings of onions grilled on top of a secret sauce on the fries and the whole thing was a bit overwhelming to eat. I think it would have been easier if the grilled onions were chopped a little smaller, but otherwise the flavour was great.

The portion sizes were so good and such a great value The fries were cooked well and were tasty.

I placed my order online about 30 minutes before I picked it up and the whole process was great. Their online portal was very smooth and I had no problems going through it. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff were also really great. kind and helpful our food was ready exactly on time.

overall, it was a...

This is possibly my 10th? time there. Not to brag or anything, but I'm kind of a big. Anyhow I'm a burgers priest fan and I am super happy to say everything I've ordered from Pickering has been on par with the OG locations in regards to quality. Staff are pleasant and really efficient, keeping things moving as it gets quite busy. The quality was there each time. You even save a little bit of money over those dastardly five guys down the road. Get an OG double cheeseburger combo with some cheese fries to let everybody know you like to party, or get a Vatican city combo with cheese fries, go home, and turn your phone off for the night. Both are tremendous options. I know this because I've done them.

Went in for their $5 and $8 OG Cheeseburger and double stack Cheeseburger deal they had on April 12th. Added fries and pop which was a can and not very cold but the added price was $7! And No Refills for soft drinks! Burgers were ok but was on the greasy side which made it messy to eat. Their fries were very good though if not better than most burger places around the GTA. This burger chain is on the higher price of things for a burger combo and the seating area was cramped. For the price I'm paying for a burger combo I would enjoy it more if I went to Jack Astors.
