Worst location. Just got back from there and was so disgusted. I stopped going because of all the bad experiences I've had at this location in the past (over a year ago)but I was in a hurry as I was having family over. Line was busy and drive through was insane. I get that so it didn't bother me but when you get my orders wrong, that bothers me. Ordered donuts but told the girl I wanted to pick out which ones. Ordered a combo with a breakfast sandwich with both bacon and sausage and drinks. Paid and was told to wait a moment. Fine. Another lady shows up with a boxed dozen donuts. I looked at her and said that wasn't mine since I asked to pick them out myself. She said ok and which ones did I want. She started taking out the ones she picked out as I told her the ones I wanted( yes I am picky but I am paying, so not sorry). Turns out I should have checked the box because she added ones I didn't ask for... Anyway I also checked the breakfast sandwich and it was wrong as well. I know it's busy but it's always busy so no excuse, they need to be more careful. The guy who ordered after us got the wrong coffee as well. The thing that disgusted me the most is that I when I requested a bag so I could carry the items out, the lady handed me what looked like a used dirty bag. SO GROSS. Could've been a garbage bag! I left it there, picked up my stuff and left. I will NEVER return there. I have so much better experiences at other locations where yes they are busy, but they take a moment to make sure all is well....
Read moreI understand that Tim Horton's is a billion dollar organization, but the fact that an employee at this TH location can incite violence on innocent bystanders who are exercising their charter rights is despicable, who is the manager on duty ensuring that employees are upholding not only customer service but our basic rights as citizens? I hope the employee who called her parents to assault a filming citizen was fired. Does Tim Horton's find this to be an acceptable practice? As resident of this community, I will never support this establishment, out of sheer concern for public safety and the well-being of potential customers - and don't bother responding with your template "We take your concerns seriously," if that were the case you would have provided an update on how you reprimanded the employee who had her parents assault someone on public property. The community demands answers, your corporate head office should be looking into this and training staff so they are educated on protocol when these things happen - what does Tim Horton's have to say for itself? The fact that I witnessed this occurence in person and found footage of this incident online warrants a concession from Tim Horton's, for putting the public at risk I should get free Timmies for life, I can only imagine the world of liability that your employee has opened TH up to. Good luck, I am sure plenty of us will see the lot of...
Read moreWhy is good service so hard to come by these days!!! This timmies at Liverpool and Kingston road in Pickering have horrible customer service. First let me make sure to mention the morning rush hour crew at the drive thru are amazing. They are pleasant, efficient and are extra nice when they show they recognise you. I'm going to find out when they start and finish. Otherwise I've decided never to go to this timmies unless it's around 9am. When I've gone in the evening in the past: my order has been wrong (which happens) but I was treated as if it was my fault. / I've had staff roll their eyes (when I've asked for a bag or straw etc) / called me hon (hate that especially when it's someone young enough to be my daughter)/ cupped my hot drink on the top with her dirty money handling hands. And had the nerve to storm off when I brought it up! They've been vendictive, rude and unprofessional. Tried it out 2 evenings ago, tried to maintain a positive approach and was yet again disappointed. Do they not realize how many other Tim Hortons are not far away? Why would management allow their store to lose money over poor customer service? I would give less stars but appreciate the...
