barBURRITO — Restaurant in Pilot Sound

Worst location ever. Been coming here for over 5 years, I will never come back again!! The Seek international student dude working there is horrible. I swore I would never come back after he started getting angry that I was paying with exact change last time. The time before that he was angry that I just bought a burrito and no drink. Today I go in and no one is in the restaurant but me. He is there and a girl wearing a turban is there. They both ignore me completely for 5 minutes till I eventually get pissed off cause I was hungry and leave. These people are horrible and in my opinion are racist. Never dealt with this type of attitude till this guy showed up. His other seek buddy that works there is just as bad. I will be writing a letter to corporate cause this type of treatment is terrible and this franchise owner should not be operating and representing this franchise if he hires people like this. I usually come here about once a week for lunch as I work in the shopping complex near by. On Dec 30 I put in an online order that ended up charging me twice. When I went in to pick up my food the lady told me she would mention it to her manager I was not offered a refund since that's up to the manager as the lady working said.

After the new year's holidays I went back to place an order in person and ask again if the manager had figured out the situation. There was a different lady working but this time she wrote down my order number from the second charge. She took my cell number as well.

I still haven't heard anything back. I even went in again to ask and still no update.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. She took the time to explain the menu and made great recommendations that suited my taste perfectly.

The food was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly prepared – one of the best burrito bowls I’ve had! Everything was clean and well-organized, and Sanveen’s attention to detail really made the difference. She truly went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable.
