okay … i never write reviews but i’m so confused honestly, i’m not asking for anything in return but just a fyi on how the customer service is kinda odd. went to dairy queen on march 7 around 9-10 pm for the new parfait, that’s all i asked for there wasn’t any questions asked, it came perfectly and it was the new cookie dough blue cup but initially i heard to just say parfait, so march 8, today i took my two nieces to try it and again i went to the window to just ask for the parfaits when she repeated the price to me i was a little bit confused cause it came up to 14 something with the 2 and i know each one was a bit more, but i had already drove towards the window, i got to the window and was going to pay in cash, and i asked the girl right away if i had gotten the wrong order and just to make sure before paying, the girl replied with “oh that’s what you wanted” and i said yes sorry, she went into the kitchen or front desk i’m not to sure where but then another worker came to the window and proceeded to say oh well we can’t make two we can just make one, i asked how that made sense if i haven’t even payed for the order and it was a little misunderstood mistake, she said oh well we’re not going to do that. i told the lady do you realize i can literally just drive off and go to another dairy queen to get this made?
she then said nothing and went into the back and came back and told me only this time they will make it and i then payed for the order.
but the moral of the story is, these fast food places waste so much food at the end of the shifts or most of the time don’t include the full order… i am never one to complain but this was just odd it didn’t make sense.
another time they proceeded to say they couldn’t make it cause it is more complex and time taking then the rest of the ice creams … don’t advertise something if it’s not capable to make. or maybe do what you’re...
Read moreNIGHTMARE OF A LOCATION! I find this location messes up my order probably 3/5 times. Never wanting to make a fuss and appreciating how difficult some customers can be, I always chose to let it slide and say nothing. But no more!! My husband picked up two meals and two desserts at the drive thru. The fries/rings combo was half full at best (as always). The Blizzard was completely wrong. Since it was late, and they were already closed, we put it in the freezer to return the next day on May 29th. When I brought it back to exchange for the correct one, the young blond “supervisor” at the drive thru decided to hold my new blizzard hostage while she gave a me a long lecture about how I should’ve contacted them the same day. I reiterated they were already closed. She insisted I should’ve still called because they usually “hang out” another hour past closing. How am I to know this?!!! She was full of attitude and wanted me to acknowledge her before handing me my Blizzard! Rather than offering me a single apology for giving me the wrong order (again), for me having to inconveniently drive back the next day, she thought it would be appropriate to give me attitude and a lecture instead. Unbelievable! …… how about next time, don’t screw up the order!! Seeing their robotic responses to their terrible reviews tells me they don’t care about the complaints anyway. In the future I’ll be going out of my way to support a different location - stay away...
Read moreTo whom it may concern. On Sunday, April 6, I went to the drive-through at around 9:35 pm. I told the girl I wanted a few sweet and sour sauces for the total to be $1.00 or more, so I could redeem my birthday coupon for the blizzard. She said no, it had to be a food item. I told her it was not written on her that it had to be a food item. I drove up to the window, then she started laughing and said “bruh I can’t believe she actually drove”, then she left and got the other lady with the glasses. She came over. I told her the situation and she said yes, it has to be a food item. I said, but if that’s the case, it would have been written on the coupon I showed her on my phone. She then asked me to hand over my phone so she could zoom in. She did not find anywhere. She said it had to be a food item only, then she said“ one sauce won’t be a dollar”. I told her they are always charging me for extra sauces, so I can get a few sauces that will probably get me $1. She’s like, no, that’s the store policy. So am like what the store policy again, she paused. I asked for her name. She refused to give her name. She said that “the store police do not permit them to give their name”. I drove away. Throughout our conversation she had this attitude that wasn’t very...
