Disgusting behaviour from staff. Was just in to pickup my online order and it was abnormally hot and neither of my subs were toasted. So I opened them then and there. Both were wrong. Let me start with, I opened both these subs with my bare hands. So I asked if I could just take them instead of throwing them out to limit waste and for my inconvenience. The women said “no, we will just wrap them back up”! Excuse me!!! What? I touched those and she played dumb that she didn’t see that. Then said “well we will just give them to skip drivers”! I TOUCHED IT WITH MY HANDS. Continuing to play dumb. Then says “okay we will just throw them out”! The convo ended with me saying they would rather throw out 2 footlong subs than making it right for the customer and also limiting waste. Behind the counter they were rewrapping them… I would bet $100 those subs went to the people who ordered them after I touched them, why else would they be rewraping them? Will be contacting Alberta health and safety and subway corporate! Overall disgusting and horrible customer service. Also if you’re a skip/uber driver, do NOT accept free food...

The two ladies working tonight were amazing and made my sub perfectly even dealing with a long line and multiple Uber/DoorDash orders coming in. They were even kind and smiled and asked how my day was while being ran off their feet. To management/owners do better for your staff. Consistently when I go there during dinner rush you have only 2 employees working. Those 2 employees have to make all orders for customers walking in and also deal with all the delivery orders. Read moreI have struggled to get good subs out of this location for quite some time,mostly from their reluctance to put a "regular" amount of vegetables on the sub,or the general way it is put together,but i put up with it because it's close to home. But today was the very first time ever(over 20 years) that i walked away with no tomatoes on my sub....., of the 5 pounds of tomotoes before us,there was not a slice in there that looked nice enough to use on my sub and i've had plenty of tomato caps before. If i hadn't paid already,i would have walked away without. At $12 + per sub putting veggies on there should not be a problem,but it is. I'll be going to a different location...
