Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Pitt Meadows

Hands down my spot when it comes to Sports Arena vibe and late night service.

BOH: Kitchen can be off sometimes depending on the time of the day/week. They are quiet and professional so from a guest’s perspective that is amazing (I haven’t heard them swearing during crazy rushes haha)

I worked at a BP / Restaurant environment in my highschool years so I TOTALLY get it!

Totally understandable during difficult labour challenges. The staff just need better processes and training / Quality control by expo/managers would solve this issue easily. Maybe taste their own appies once a while! Would drastically improve…

FOH: The mgmt and bar side staff are very professional and personable so I already forgot what the issues were with the food. If they can manage to reduce turnover with the bar staff, I will continuously visit the bar side (not to drink alcohol, but the sports screen / cool AC vibe is why I come here)

Front host desk is inconsistent at times between feeling treated like a VIP and “OMG why are you here we are sooo busy” (children Hostess). Maybe the hosts should consider that having more guests during rushes are what pays the bills, not more stress. Empathy and Logic!😉

MY SPOT to hang out with friends, work meetings, or just having a ME time relaxing after work. Did I mention they have the best view for a restaurant in town of the Golden Ears Mtn? Straight out of a IMAX looking North east. Epic!

I totally understand that the family / children side just want their food ASAP because children can’t wait for the food and their parents to just shut their mouths 😂.

I like to meet my out of town guests here and my close friends to chat over wings and nachos. Please let them feel welcomed to visit for a hangout....

I moved to Pitt Meadows 2 yrs ago and I have ordered pasta from the Pitt Meadows/Cineplex location 3 times. Every time I have ordered the pasta it came dry, with almost no sauce and basically no cheese. Tonight I thought I would give them one more chance...my GF called in the order and specifically asked for a decent amount of sauce and cheese as we were unhappy the last couple of orders.

I get my penne pasta with creamy tomato (to go) and stupid me I don't look at it until I get home. Yet again the pasta was dry as a popcorn fart in August...almost no sauce...and the 'baked with cheese' was a joke...almost no cheese at all. Oh yeah...this cost me $20 (with three meatballs)...just an awful meal. To boot, the beer I drank at the bar while I waited for the food cost me over $7....thought I was at a Canucks game for a second.

I have eaten at Boston Pizzas for over 16 yrs....and always found them to be consistent and generally quality food. This is by far the worst Boston Pizza I have been to and I will never eat there again. The Boston Pizza pricing has gone up substantially (at all the locations) in the last ten years, but I could deal with that if the quality was decent. This Pitt Meadows/Cineplex location obviously is trying to cut costs by cheaping out on the sauce and the cheese....stay...

Ordered salads, chicken wings and bandera pizza bread for delivery. I ordered the beat salad with plain chicken to be more specific. Started mixing my salad with the chicken, only to find quite a bit of cilantro added in there. (I do not like cilantro. Specially now that I'm pregnant). This salad does not come with cilantro! This is what I always ordered. After getting the cilantro out I was about to start eating when a MOTH started to crawl out from the bottom of the container!!!!!!! Non of us could finish our food. I called and complained to manager only for her to say sorry and that they will credit my account for future orders! Who would go back after having a disgusting creature crawl out of their food???. I requested a refound which I had to go and pick up! And they only gave me money back for my salad with out the chicken. I told her I had chicken added in there and she said that I only mention something wrong with the salad. 😡😡😡I think this would have deserved more than a simple refound of one salad. The manager does not care about their reputation or I guess the quality of their food. She did not seem to think this was a big deal. Makes me wonder, if that is how the restaurant is managed, no wonder why there are insects crawling in people's food. 😡😡😡😡😡 If i could give 0...
