OPA! of Greece Meadowtown — Restaurant in Pitt Meadows

I always go there to get food and everyone is nice but there’s a rude and unprofessional lady too, who knows nothing about communication or customer service at all. She is either a middle eastern or asian. I forgot to ask her for no cheese and asked her to remove it, while I was on a call. She yelled at me and said ; why didn’t I tell her before.

She ruined my meal and I ended up throwing more than half of my food to the garbage. So, I called to get her managers name and number, she called herself the manager/owner and started cursing me again and laughing at me. Being in the food industry/customer service I have always been told, customer is right but apparently she thinks; if she is serving the food, she has the right to be disrespectful/rude towards the customers. Come on lady ! You are not serving food for free.

I really want the manager or owner to know about her bad skills, and rude behaviour. She is probably new to the country with absolutely no knowledge of customer service, definitely shouldn’t be behind the counter !!

I have ordered from this OPA many times in the past however today when I ordered something was way off. I’m not sure if they’re under new management or ownership but I was super disappointed with how my order was handled. I called in with my order about 20 minutes before I was going to get to the store, I realized after calling my order in that I missed something, so I called back a couple minutes later to add it to the order and was put on hold for several minutes with no response. Eventually, I just hung up. I called back again a few minutes later and was able to add the item to my order, but when I arrived at the shop 20 minutes later they hadn’t even started the order. I paid and had to wait for the order to be made. Meanwhile, several people who ordered and paid after me received their food before I received mine. What was the point of calling 20 minutes beforehand to have the food made? They also didn’t really say anything to explain why the order wasn’t ready. I...

Went there tonight. When I walked in there was newspaper all over the food prep area. I got over that and ordered our food. The girl went to put gloves on and dropped one on the floor. She picked the glove up and proceeded to put the glove back on. I asked her to change her gloves and she gave me a weird look. At that point I was frustrated and didn’t want my food prepared by this dirty establishment so I asked for a refund. No one knew how to do a refund and they tried for over 15 mins to give me a refund. The other girl trying to figure out how to refund kept saying she would make my food and that the other girl was training. I don’t care if you’re training or not you should not think it’s acceptable to pick a glove up off the ground and proceed to make food. Avoid this place. Clearly cleanliness is not a...
