Pappa Leo's Pizza — Restaurant in Pitt Meadows

The second time this has happened. Ordered pizza for game 7 of the Stanley cup. Order was taken and was told one hour. At an hour an fifteen minutes I called. They asked me what’s your address again? I said why don’t you tell me what you have. It was incorrect but the right street so I figured it would just be a few mins. Kids are starving and getting cranky. 45 mins later still no pizza. I called the store and suggested that the pizza should be free and he agreed. When the driver shows up two hours and 15 mins later he said we ll give you 10 percent off. Not a chance. Extremely disappointed with this whole experience and will never get pizza from this chain again. Never once did the actual driver call me. Ordered pango and it was at my door in 25 mins. They also just called me to give me a 10 dollar credit for any delays the other day when it was wasn’t delayed. So many better pizza places to order from dont go here and if you do be prepared to possibly wait over 2 hours and we’re talking about...

Papa Leo’s Pizza is so good! The staff is friendly and always happy to accommodate requests. For instance, I am g/f (celiac) ask them to take out the G/f pizza early!! Most pizza places burn the g/f pizza because it is so thin. It is a learning curve. Let restaurants know so they can improve! Be kind. Also, if you want to make sure they have specific slices of pizza call them in advance ~they will make sure they have it. All you have to do is ask them! I find errors here are uncommon, but if you ever have any, let them know and they will fix it! We are Pitt proud here and love this...

So we prdered the "Big Kahuna" double ham double pineapple topped with mozzarella... well it should be named "zero kahuna" with double the pizza sauce half the ham hard bits of pineapple and wheres the mozzarella. Not from here so didnt have any experience with this place but it was garbage. Qlso ordered a beef taco pizza it was half decent little to no sour cream on it but decent ish none the less! Also after knocking the delivery guy jist tried to walk into our hotel room... creepy and not cool. All around...
