Update 09/10/22
Soo went to this location today hoping that since it had been quite a while since i last visited this location due to various issues I encounter every time I go here.
I had a coupon to purchase a rice wrap and drink and receive 2nd for $1 I told the girl I wanted 2 rice wraps as I read it off the coupon. So the girl pulls out 2 'regular' wraps. I had know idea they had various kinds of wraps now, , otherwise I would have corrected her.
So after encountering numerous problems with her getting huffy and impatient with me as I kept asking for extra portions of the vegetables.(as they have always been super stingy with their portion sizes) I get to the till and hand her the coupon which she refuses to honour due to the wraps not being "rice wraps" even though that's what I ordered and explained that to her, she still refused to honour the coupon. Demanding that i pay full price.
Soo instead of arguing any longer with her and holding up the other customers, I left my order and walked out.
I went to the Subway on 205th, ordered the exact same thing and as ALWAYS never encounter a problem. Not sure why the Harris Rd location has such a problem with hiring Horrible staff time after time, after time !! Twice in the last month i have gone to this subway and the trainee staff have had a very hard time speaking or understanding english. On the first occasion another staff member had to come translate in their language what the customer was asking for starting with the bread , then vegetables, then dressings then the till ! The other night i went there and ordered a sandwich and at the till i tried asking a new trainee about the high price of my purchase and the trainee mumbled something in some sort of broken english then handed me my sandwich and walked away. I think i will be visiting the subway on 205th st from now on, went to the 205th location tonight and the staff there had no problems speaking and...

Ordered an Italian BMT Melt (a Panini). Since I'd never seen them make a Panini before, I didn't realize until the sandwich was nearly finished that it absolutely was NOT what I ordered.
Instead of apologizing and making me a new sandwich, the employee told me that I ordered the Italian BMT Footlong, in an incredibly accusatory tone -- like I was lying to him.
I sighed in frustration and told him to ring it up anyway, because I hate wasting food. The cost came out to $4 more than the Panini. I apologized and told the employee that I wasn't going to pay $4 extra for a sandwich I didn't want, nor ultimately ordered. I left without my sandwich while he yelled and shouted after me that it was what I had ordered.
To top off the insults, I saw him writing down my license plate number as I left!!

THEY ARE SOOOOO STINGY ON TOPPINGS!!! I ordered a foot long sub and the girl put only 4 VERY small slices of tomatoes and maybe 5 slices of cucumber on it. I asked for green peppers and I literally got about 5 straggly slices. Asked for honey mustard and she put the lightest layer. A pencil is probably thicker than the amount she put on. Salt and pepper was not even visible. I have recently moved to Pitt Meadows but I always went to the 205th location in Maple Ridge.
