I can't even... Blown away by the poor service of waitstaff AND management AND kitchen! I visit 3 Brasseurs locations throughout Quebec and this is the only one I ever have issues with. Last visit was the reason I am posting though... KICKED OUT BY POLICE AND TOLD NEVER TO RETURN because on our first beer we chinked glasses and one was still too hot from the dishwasher and broke spilling beer all over my laptop and friends expensive coat. I asked for assistance and the Director Sam told us to be more careful because we just broke a glass. This was untrue and he had mistaken us for another table so he apologized. But then when our appetizers were set down on the table the Manager Alex told us that the waitstaff did not want to serve us and he IMMEDIATELY asked us to leave. When we asked why he said it does not matter and began shouting "THIS IS MY RESTAURANT AND IT DOESN'T MATTER WHY -- I AM ASKING YOU TO LEAVE! THIS IS A PRIVATE ESTABLISHMENT AND NOW YOU ARE TRESPASSING!" I even have a video of him doing this. Then the "Director Sam" came out and said "We are backing up the waitstaff decision and you must leave" and he called the police. So, we waited for the police to arrive and they were completely baffled as to why we needed to leave but did politely inform us that it is the law. We immediately went to the nearby Keg where you can expect to be treated like an upstanding citizen. Other than that -- the last 4 visits our drinks were wrong, the food was wrong, we were overcharged, the kitchen staff was brand new, the management was consistently buying us drinks to compensate; and because of a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION I spotted they took $100 off one of our visits. My advice: visit any other 3 Brasseurs location if you want to experience well-priced beer and decent quality pub food at above-market pricing. The service is consistent with most restos in Montreal but if you don't get EVICTED then you may still have a good time.

Visited the one in point Claire . This places is busy on weekends so I would recommend to make a reservation . Weekdays you could walk in . I always try to different food at their various franchise outlets . This time we got the chicken wings with buffalo sauce . It was spicy and fun to eat . We also ordered onion rings and the mushroom poutine . We asked that the potato be replaced with sweet potato fries in the poutine, a good replacement but based on availability . In drinks we ordered the blonde , some beer cocktails . I would recommend the blood brezer. For the main course we ordered flamakuchers . One meat and one chicken . Do note the chicken has also bacon bits , which we asked to remove . The place was a bit understaffed . But we had a good server who kept checking on us very time he passed . The other beer cocktails were a bit too sweet . I would recommend the beers on tap as usual if you don't like your cocktails sweet .

Not bad...just not bad. Place seemed busy so we decided to give it a try. Ordered the following for takeout, an entrée of sliders, fish and chips and a pizza. The pizza was ultra ultra ultra thin pretty cold but flavourful. The sliders were good and my wife claims the fish and chips was also good. The total for the above-mentioned 3 items takeout was 58$. I would probably recommend eating there instead of takeout as I think the food is more to accompany a beer or drink more than an actual meal by itself. It's "light food" is a good way to describe it. Something to eat with a beer so not to drink on an empty stomach so to speak. We did not go inside but it did seem busy on a weekend night. Overall I would say it's good. See pics

Trois Brasseurs is usually a very good experience, especially the joints downtown. To my big surprise this wasn't the case with the 3 Brasseurs Pointe-Claire! Customer service is rude here. I'm hoping I just landed on a bad waitress on my first visit, but it really tarnished my experience.

The food is very good however, and it comes very quickly from the kitchen, so it looks like their cooks are hard at work to satisfy your hunger! Standard 3 Brewers prices, expect to get a decent bang for buck on items $14+, as basically anything below is a bit of a rip-off.

Music here is loud though, so be on your guard! Bring your kids and babies some noise-cancelling headphones!

And yes, a lot of people in the West Island are families so it is common to bring your kids here. If you do, please pacify them, as the staff will allow kids to just run and yell around disturbing every patron in the restaurant without asking the parents to take any action.

The premises are nice, with a view on the beer barrels. I feel like this is a spacy restaurant. The bathrooms are nice.

Like I said, service is rude. You look, nod and smile at the waitress to get her attention, she looks at you in the eye and just passes you by. She seems visibly upset that you don't take a drink or an upgrade with your food. Not nice. The wait for her to get the machine to your table to pay could be long as well.

I'm sorry to give this place a negative review, but customer satisfaction comes from the moment the customer sets foot inside the establishment until he or her leaves. Rude service ruins the experience completely from start to finish. I think 3 Brewers Pte-Claire should improve on their customer service and probably price to get a...

Came here with my friend. We saw on their menu cards that there's a different promotion every day, and for Sundays (today) it was a pizza for 13.50$ instead of 20$. Based on that, me and my friend ordered the pizza and made sure to mention the special to the waitress. When our pizza finally arrived, it tasted cold and terrible. Like a piece of bread with some sauce top, no cheese even though it was supposed to have mozzarella. Then when the bill came, we saw that the pizza was charged at full price. I asked her why she didn't give us the promotion price, she said there was no such promotion. I pointed it out to her on the menu cards clearly stated, she said that she had never seen that before and went back to the kitchen. Much later, she came back to tell us that this promotion was outdated and no longer in use. I asked her if she could still honor the price since it's not our fault they forgot to remove it from the menu, and the promotion was the only reason we ordered that pizza in the first place. She said no and didn't even apologize. Any other institution would have recognized that they were at fault for advertising the wrong price and honored it, but clearly these values are not upheld by 3 Brasseurs. The only redeeming factor was that the mocktails tasted great. It's safe to say however that we will not be...
