Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Pointe-Claire

February 2024: I tried this location for the first time because of the positive reviews on Google. Here is my review

I ordered a Large All dressed Pizza and gave a 10% tip.

The food was good. The pizza was cooked well and it was delicious because there were spices on the pizza.

Customer service was good. I asked for 2 forks and knives cause I was eating with another person. The guy did not give my receipt after I paid which was odd.

There were 2 employees although they should remove the metal bracelet around the wrist because of cross contamination and avoid wearing AirPods because it’s a distraction and a kitchen Hazard.

The Washroom was a a little surprising There was a subway wrapper on top of the toilet cover and the toilet paper was placed in a weird place near the toilet. It kind of made it weird and gross.

The store is quite small so if there’s a lot of people there are no seats to eat your food.

The restaurant needs to be better in terms of climate change zero waste and zero pollution and automatic technologies and hopefully customers here need to be better in general.

Other than this Pizza shop is decent and I do hope to comeback and order from here again.

On New Year’s Eve, my family and I placed a rather large order which included 12 extra large pizzas- all of them being all-dressed.

We called earlier in the day to place the order (around 4pm?) and requested that it be ready for around 10pm.

At 9:40pm, I arrived at the store and was told that the order wasn’t ready- i had absolutely no issue with that (in fact, I was happy + relieved), as I purposely arrived earlier in order to pick them up when they were fresh out the oven.

While I waited, I figured it’d be best if I paid for the order before it was ready and did so, while leaving a tip; the shop was clearly understaffed and the employees were working very hard to fulfill numerous orders.

At around 10:20, the pizzas were ready- a slight delay was to be expected, as it was NYE.

Finally, the pizza tasted great, as it was fresh and generously garnished with toppings.

The worker was really nice and friendly as well.

Note: This is my second time ordering from this exact location. When my family asked for pizza shop recommendations, I suggested this one based on that previous,...

Update* Unsure if there was a new management or new owner, or my review changed them but I’ve seen a big change in their service. My co-workers also started ordering online instead so they can get their food quicker and I did it and I was very impressed. I’m happy their getting better and happy to see their improving. Thank you!

—— I’ve been going to have lunch there and their service isn’t great. Everyday I go there, it’s always someone different and telling me different things. 1 day I had a box full of onion rings, the other day I get 8 onion rings. 1 day I get a small box of fries, the next day they tell me they don’t give it in a box ?
