Waitress came out with food , ask who ordered shoyu . So the soup went to individual who thought it was shoyu. Later waitress comes back and said she had said it was miso. Our whole entire table heard her say shoyu. And she insist we were all lying. She tossed the miso in garbage Then wants us to pay for it. Her excuse was it’s not her job to know who ordered what… her job is only to bring the food out and ask who ordered it. That’s a joke for a waitress, however she lied and claims she did not make any mistake. She kept saying many times that it was our mistake. Regardless that, isn’t it her mistake to toss it in the garbage as well before consulting us first and then even have guts to come back and ask us to pay for it ? We don’t mind paying for it, if we can take it to go. This is just not acceptable. Sorry never coming back. I had better ramen elsewhere , this place was just convenience Cos it’s close by. I also have my friends support....
Read moreMy partner and I often visit Kinton Ramen on weekends—it's one of our favorite spots. The food is consistently excellent, with rich and well-balanced flavors. My personal go-to is the Original Chicken Ramen. We usually opt for the combo for two, which includes two ramen bowls, an appetizer, and two soft drinks. Our favorite appetizer is the Tokyo Fries—crispy, fresh, and always delicious. We've also tried the gyozas, which were good, but the fries remain our top choice.
The combo typically comes to around $50, depending on tips and any add-ons. Service is generally friendly and efficient, though on busier days, it can be a bit slower. That said, we've always had a positive experience.
The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, and the seating isn’t the most comfortable, but the decor and ambiance are inviting. The space is clean and well-maintained. Overall, it's a great spot for fresh, flavorful ramen with very...
Read moreDid a take out order, online order was very easy; but the staff mixed up all my extras :( put two eggs in a bowl where I didn’t add an extra egg.. and in my soup there is a long thin hair between my pieces of porc.. no one at home has long hair.. so I am a-little disgusted but, I am hungry and I live 20 minutes off the restaurant, so I have no choice to eat it. Soup was ok, noodles were a little too sticky.. I don’t know if they take it out from a fridge or they cook it a little, but it felt kind of prep in advance and it didn’t come out that well, were not able to finish the noodles
I think the quality of kinton has greatly decrease over the years. It went from quality to quantity.. and when it’s goes to quantity, quality can’t be match anymore, we shall name kinton fast-food ramen. And I ll totally understand. Keep...
