Subway — Restaurant in Port Colborne

When it comes to being fresh I would give them a 4. This review is being posted for overall experience. I have been going to subways everywhere from here to Toronto and never have I encountered what I experienced tonight. It was late and the store was close to closing so I called ahead and explained my fiance works late and hadn't eaten(which we've done before at other locations). The subway employee working told me if we made it to the store before the actual close time she could serve us. So we left the second I ended the call. We made it with two minutes to spare! But the door was locked... The woman behind the counter just kind of looked up at us, rolled her eyes and proceeded to clean the counter. I called the store once we made got back indoors. She tried telling me that the system begins to shut down for the last hour of the store being open and she has no control over it.. If that was the case, how would she have cashed us out initially? When we had called ahead to ensure we wouldn't be traveling in the cold for no reason..

We will not be going back to this...

Awful service! Girl behind the counter took a while to ask us our order as she was busy on her cell phone. U asked for 2 6" dippers. She asked if I wanted 1 12" instead and so I agreed. We were a party of 4 and two of us wanted the 6" dippers and the other 2 wanted a couple cookies. The whole time she prepped the food she had her eat bud in. Talking non stop with someone. I explained to her it wasn't what I wanted but couldn't get my point across or any acknowledgement because she was on her phone. Terrible service. No apologies nothing. Just absolute garbage service. The dipper was garbage too. Wish I had...

Was there tonight the guy who was there was extremely ignorant asked for foot long cookies and he ignorantly told us he only has 1 so we needed to go the other subway so we went there and the lady at the other subway made us fresh ones easy enough to say I'll never go back everytime we go to order the guy working at night is ignorant and disrespectful or just plain out ignores you so he doesn't have todo his job owner really need to fire him if I could give this place a negative 10 stars for service I...
