barBURRITO — Restaurant in Port Coquitlam

I ordered through Uber. Called the restaurant to ask for sour cream. Extremely rude person on the phone, who didn’t let me speak and just kept saying “15 minutes we are busy”, I try to ask for sour cream, she asked for my name (which I had to give her 4 times) to which she immediately responded “10 minutes”. I continued to say that I wasn’t concerned about the time, I just was calling to ask for extra sour cream. I ended up paying $8 just for the pleasure (sarcasm font) of cancelling my order. I’m getting used to horrendous service everywhere as it seems to be par for the course these days, but this was a bit much for me. Anyway, this was my first time attempting to try this restaurant. 2.5 stars rounded up to 3. We don't get fast food often, but if we do we usually get Mucho Burrito. Saw this opened up so decided to dry it out.

I got a large spicy chicken burrito and my wife got a regular size. Neither of us thought they were very good. Portions are small, I could not taste even a hint of spice. A bit oversalted, super dry and overall just not a lot of filling. The bottom inch of my burrito was just balled up tortilla with no filling.

Usually with a Large from Mucho B, I'm stuffed. The Large here left me unsatisfied. I couldn't really tell the difference from my wife's regular size to my large size.

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend Bar Burrito and don't see...

I had an absolutely wonderful time here! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything from the service to the quality truly stood out. The place was clean, well-managed, and had a relaxing vibe that made me feel right at home.

I especially want to mention Anita, who made the entire experience even better. She’s not only incredibly professional and kind, but also a truly beautiful soul—inside and out. Her genuine smile and polite nature left a lasting impression. She made me feel comfortable and taken care of throughout. People like her make a place memorable!
