Subway — Restaurant in Port Coquitlam

Went here on Sunday, employee was sweeping the lobby. Just left the pile of dirt in the middle of the floor, husband asked for a turkey sandwich, not toasted, she asked if he wanted cheese, yes, then she put to in the toaster. She didn't listen, then said wanted 2 combos, 2 pop, 2 cookies and then wanted the nachos for $2 upgrade. Saw that she opened a tiny bag of doretios and put a salad on top with sauce, asked where the second one was, she didn't hear me say we wanted 2 combos. Then why would I get 2 pops, 2 cookies if it wasn't a combo. Hmm. The nachos were a disappointment, definitely did not look the picture. Was not worth eating. Just threw it away. Subway is definitely NOT what the commercials make it out to be. Not a pleasant employee. Will not be going back to...

Come here frequently, the staff is always great no matter if it's super late at night or mid day. The place is kept clean, the food always appears to be fresh. Orders on the app are pretty fast as well. They have a range of different sandwiches which you can customize plus the sauces can enhance whatever sub you've created. Kuldeep is always pleasant as are the other staff, they are patient especially while indecisive family are choosing what they might want. I've been to other subway restaurants and staff are hanging out in the back when it's dead on their phones, I haven't encountered this hear. This place is probably not anyone's top pick for a job, but the staff here do a good job so try and give them a little tip...

So major attitude from workers. Life in Canada not going as planned I’m guessing not exactly a dream job , I know how that feels, changed a lot in 56 years still not an excuse to be unfriendly when you work in the hospitality industry Aka food service. So I ask for extra spinach 5 times getting a single leaf each time, extra cheese “EXTRA CHARGE!” Shouted, add pesto please, “EXTRA CHARGE!” Shouted . Then it’s slopped on ice cream scoop size.

Tried again . Manpreet, extremely rude. Doesn’t listen, I asked politely little onion, piled on anyway , asked take some off, major attitude, asked 3 times , serious attitude. Then, to top it off, they hand you the debit machine asking for a tip...
