COBS Bread — Restaurant in Port Coquitlam

I came by half an hour to closing and the pastries were put on a rack behind the counter so I asked if it was ok take a step forward to see what they had available before purchasing and was told its ok by the the staff member that was attending to me; however, another employee very rudely walked by and told me I can’t step over the line to see. I should be able to see what i am purchasing, so maybe next time place the rack on the front counter for the customer? She had the meanest look on her face and made me feel very unwelcome even as I was leaving. I did end up making a purchase; but do not plan on returning to this location again. Bad...

Had to go to this location because the one that I normally go to by Westwood St. is under renovation. Products are same great quality, however, this Oxford St. location has the worse customer service I have ever experienced on any Cobs Bakeries. The lady that helped me was rude and mumbling words while I was looking through the products. I mean if you’re not happy with your job, I guess it’s time to move on and work elsewhere.. Just saying. Earlier today, this ignorant worker called for his co-worker to help my Mom, "Help this oriental lady." Using this term isn't only unnecessary, but mindless of him to say. My Mom and I often like to visit and purchase from COB's Bakery, but from now on, will not anymore as of this worker's reckless behaviour.

I hope someone educate's your staff in hopes of another customer not experiencing this issue again. This is simply...
