Food is decent. However, their service is god awful. The lack of attention to detail or the lack of care really shows right when you walk into the restaurant or get something delivered.
Skip the dish pop price is $6.99, I thought they’d give me a 500ml ATLEAST. No, it was a can of pop which is sold in their restaurant for 1/3rd of the price.
The butter chicken comes with rice. Pictured in the menu and confirmed when I dined in earlier this month. I ordered an extra rice this time and I received NO rice at all. They replaced it with tawa roti which is not an equivalent replacement. (Delivery)
I asked for a Diet Coke and received a regular coke. A reasonable thing to do would’ve been to replace it with Diet Pepsi so they’re both no sugar.(delivery)
The waitress had to be called from the kitchen multiple times when we needed assistance. The waitress did not have knowledge on whether the food will be enough for 3 people or not. (Dine in)
PLEASE change the music from sad Indian love songs to something more lively for a dinner and to curate a better atmosphere for your patrons.

Read moreVisited on Saturday and was pleased with the number of tables that were occupied. I hope this continues to ensure it's success as I really enjoyed the dishes which were a new style of Indian food to me! Sorry no photos as I had started eating before I remembered. Everything was very tasty & the spices were perfect. Service was good though we were not asked nor shown a drinks menu. I asked about Indian beer & was told they did not carry any... this should be remedied as there are some good versions like Kingfisher & Raj that is well suited to Indian food! We had Samosa (nice delicate pastry) & full of filling. Butter Chicken Dosa very tasty filling and the large toasted crepe was new to us. Should have come with instructions on how to eat for us! LOL Dal Puri the Chana Masala was special, next time will have entre size! The pricing was very reasonable for 2, lower than many other alternatives...
Read moreSo glad to finally have a dosa/chaat place in the tricities. The restaurant has a pretty good menu - from veg to non veg, dosas, and other items on their menu which was pretty nice to see. We ordered: Masala fries: these were pretty good flavour wise. We really enjoyed it. However, for some reason we thought they were going to be coated in a masala sauce so we were just confused about that. But good otherwise Chaat papri: I personally couldn’t try it coz I can’t eat dairy but my family shared it. We felt that there could’ve been more of the papri for extra crunch but otherwise it was good and enjoyable Pondicherry masala dosa and nilgiri veg dosa: both were very delicious and quite filling.
It’s got a very casual vibe to the restaurant. Lots of space to sit as well.
Service was great overall - one of the servers helping us was a bit confused but otherwise...
