Checked with google on a sunday lunch as to what was rated top pho restaurant in poco and pho t&t was listed #1. I decided to check it out. I lucked out going there as it was full house, small hole in a wall place. Place was very clean. Reason why I didnt put a 5 star was i had to wait for 30minutes for my food. Place only had 10tables I patiently waitted whereas other places I wouldve walked out. It was worth the wait, I got the house special, small bowl. Getting a small bowl rather than a large bowl was the best way to find out how much pho meats you get. Large bowls are always just more noodles in most pho places in Lower Mainland. Basil was extremely fresh, beautiful green not one stale color from any of the leaves. I know its fresh basil then. It was a long line up outside of the place, definitely a popular place. Average pricing. I decided to order Hue Special to-go for my wife as thats her favorite. Wife commented it was spicier than any other place she'd ever had eaten. (Its a...

First of all food was great as always!

Much of my concern was the unprofessional service from the new staff. It was of such concern that I felt the owner of the restaurant needed to know.

The front staff working today took 35 minutes for our order of two house special pho and one salad roll. He quoted us 25 minutes over the phone. It was not at all a busy day. He was moving needlessly between the cash register and our food for 10 minutes-the kitchen had already put all the food on the table and the front staffer just needed to wrap it up in the plastic bag for us. He was fiddling with the soup and sauce container, using his personal phone, and chatting with kitchen staff. When the time came to pay, he already punched in 12% tip on the machine so that way all I needed to do was click accept and tap to pay. I have no issue with tipping for take out during covid to help support restaurants, but I found the combination of the above behaviours...

I was here a few days ago and ordered their pork & rice dish and wonton appetizer. The rice was so hard, like it was left in the rice cooker for days. I let the server know that there actual CLUMPS of dried rice in my rice bowl. How the chef packed this onto the dish and be okay with it shows me how much they value their customers. The eggs could have been fried more as there was still the clear liquid all around the yolk. The server did not come at all once to refill our tea. The wonton appetizer was a joke. Worst filling I tried. Their sauce was weird too, jelly like unlike the regular vinaigrette fish sauce for rice dishes. The pork was very cheap quality. They couldn’t use a whole pork chop but used bits of pork….This is not authentic Vietnamese food. Absolutely do not understand the 5...

Cute little inconspicuous Vietnamese Pho diner that has some Parisian vibes and your basic necessities for soup and vermicelli and rice dishes. I tried the small sized No. 27 Pho with a side of extra jalapeños since they didn’t have the little red chili peppers. It was a rainy day and we were hungry after our drive out to Tartan Town nearby and found this place in Google Maps. For me rainy days and soup make the best pairing. Especially when it’s a wee bit chilly outside. I found the soup broth had slightly sweet notes and for a small size I had plenty of meats to go with the sprouts and chili peppers. Perfectly sized for me and the price was affordable. Also ordered up some spring rolls that came out hot and fresh and tasty. No wonder this place is popular with the locals.

I used to go to this place all the time when I lived in the area. I stopped by the other day for the first time in a year and the first thing I noticed was the sky high prices. $20 for a large bowl of pho is unacceptable with the amount of meat that was supplied is completely unacceptable. The overall portions have gotten smaller as well. I ended up spending $51 one large house special, one small meatball pho, and one order of spring rolls. I get that inflation is a real thing, but there are other pho options out there with the same, if not better quality, at a more affordable price. I don’t think I’ll ever come back.

Great place for pho with decent portion sizes. The bun bo hue was great amd service was nice. However, the place is sorta old and place needs a bit of renovation and a good AC. Eating here in the summer is sorta humid and hot which could lower the experience of eating dine-in. I might not come back to dine indoors but will probably be visiting this place for takeouts. One other unique thing about this pho place is that its probably the safest pho you will ever be in as you got the security of the police next door and the court right across the street.
