If you're looking for "fast" mediocre Chinese food; than you found your place at "New Chow Kitchen". We ordered (to-go) 2 vegetable spring rolls, fried rice, vegetable lo mein and 2 cans of pop; all for $30.49 (including tax). The portions were large; as we could not finish up our meal. The food tasted "bland" not spicy. It was "okay". The owner, Tom is very nice. Our overall experience was nice, however; I "would-not" go back there again as I have compared the cost of what we ordered and paid for verses other Thai/Chinese Restaurants within the neighborhood that had much tastier food for almost the same price.

New Chow's Kitchen is now a family favorite. He is always so kind and cheerful when you go to pick up your food. The food is good, good sized portions. Great combinations for single eaters as well! I recommend the almond chicken, sweet chili chicken and wonton soup. They did at one point have a delivery service (not sure anymore) that I wouldn't recommend, they guy couldn't find my house and I had to go meet him on the main road. Not really a place to eat in as it is a very small dining room and more of a take out joint.

New Chow’s Kitchen is an amazing restaurant they gave us the best service ever! The prices are great the food was fresh, hot and delicious and the owner is very friendly. We appreciate them serving us tea while we waited and delivering our Chow Mein to us that they forgot to include and they didn't charge us for it. We are looking forward to ordering from them again soon.

My husband is a long time customer of Chow's and has for the most part been happy with the food and when dealing with Andy, the owner. Over the past year when calling in our order it has become increasingly frustrating with the front end staff. Our latest experience came this past Sunday, January 29th, 2017 when my husband called in to place an order. He was put on hold for over 4 minutes, asked to repeat his phone number over and over again. When he told the girl to put it under his name she said she couldn't do that because they wouldn't know if it was him that picked it up! We have told Andy of our frustrations with his front end staff and how difficult it is to place an order. My husband figures that over a year we have spent more than $600.00 at Chow's. In this age of such competitive business, losing a customer at any level is not a good thing. Well, unfortunately this has occurred one too many times for us so we will no longer be patrons of this establishment. Your front end staff in ay business sets the tone for everything else in...

I placed an order with doordash pickup my order was ready for 7:08pm i went in. An older guy came out of the kitchen. Asked about why i was there. I told him i place an order with doordash showed him my receipt on the app. He said he didn't have it nor does he use doordash. Must be some other place. Then told me he wouldn't make my order tho i have the receipt showing i paid for it through the app. And he wanted his hand with other orders telling me no and to go away. Wow I'm appalled of this kind of drive service and that he was wearing a dirty tee shirt and came out of the kitchen like that. With an attitude. Not even a hello. Sad to think this is what it had come down to m where had the service gone? I am a paying customer looking to enjoy a nice meal out...

We decided to skip the traditional Christmas dinner & went with New chows kitchen. It’s Exactly like Mediocre Mall Chinese food...Greasy, expensive, the pork and ginger beef were the same meat in a weird tasting sauce with pickled ginger in it. The chicken balls were raw so we ended up throwing them & the almond chicken in our air fryer and the amount of grease that came out was crazy. If your into that super doughy deep fried unauthentic Chinese food, then this is the place for you. For almost $70 dollars, it was extremely disappointing. I got a few bites in before the msg bloat took over and I had to stop. Merry...
