The owner, who was half eating his dinner, rose to quickly help when he saw his staff needed a hand and I was waiting for a highchair for my kid. Food was very good. Spring roll appetizer was crunchy and packed with meat and tasty. Beef stew was our most favourite dish. As my kid said, very yummy. Beef was tender. I asked for less connective tissue as my kid is picky. Soup was tasty. Issue for me, was the carrot. Could have cooked softer. Afterall it's "stew". Other dish we got was beef brisket beef ball. Again, tasted good and portions of meat. I did notice other table did not touch their plate of bean sprouts at all. Perhaps the restaurant could have asked, comes with beans sprouts, do you want them. To avoid food wastage. One feedback was, looks like they have Ikea bowls. One of the given bowls given to us was stained, so I sent it back. The plus on the condiments, fancy pink salt and black pepper, the ones you can grind yourself, and fresh looking bottles of siraccha. Washroom was very clean and soap was refilled and paper towels available. There's lighting on the floor that leads to the washroom, brilliant. People just have to be careful as the kitchen is right next to it and gotta make sure they don't bump into servers with hot soup! Overall, I'm very happy...

Food: Ordered the House Special Pho, large. Was pleasantly surprised to see a bowl that wasn't as big as Pho 99's large. Pho was good, soup was just right, neither too salty or too rich. Noodles came in a good amount. Meats in the House Special Pho left a lot to be desired though. Not as much as I'd expect, half a beef ball, about 2 slices of beef steak, 3 slices of beef flank, tiny bits of beef tendon (which was really soft and delicious to my surprise), and a few bits of tripe here and there. Kinda disappointed with the amount of meat but as it was still pretty delicious, I'll overlook it. It comes with tea, beansprouts, basil leaves and lime on the side. Price: $10.24++/person
Service: Nothing special. The lady sounded angry but I guess it's just the way she speaks.
Would I recommend? Yes, go with family/small groups of friends as the place is rather small. I have not tried the other dishes, but will do so in...
Read moreFirst of all, A Large pho here could be a small size one at many other places. Price is also expensive over $16. Noodles did not taste fresh at all and it was kinds of mushy and meat portion was very countably small. The place itself was not clean if you had a chance to see them clean other tables. When you ordered some more cilantro, they brought one with stem!! it should be chopped to put it in a noodle soup. And I found tiny some kinds of transparent thread in my pho. I was worried about it, but no one was available to tell and I just took those portion out. It's no match to Unphogetabowl or Pho Net viet nearby. Even Delicious Pho or Pho99 in the area offer much...much better bowls with same or lower price. I do not think this is a authentic Vietnamese restaurant as well. Sorry, I would never...
