Pita Pan Donair & Kebab — Restaurant in Port Coquitlam

The first time I came here, I enjoyed the food and service I received from the lady behind the till. This time, there was a different lady behind the till, and I don't know if she was having a bad day but there was only one other customer besides myself and gf, and it took her forever to get out the shawarma platter, and chicken souvlaki. I had asked her for more hummus, / replacement for the salad, and she refused - didn't even offer more if I paid. The souvlaki chicken was extremely dry and she did not put potatoes in the dish until I asked about it, as the menu mentions it. She then put one half of a piece in the microwave and said she forgot. Seems like she was a little confused behind the line there, and pricing is a little high. Overall, I don't think its worth coming back here, which is a shame since I had such high hopes after the first time. Beware; check price before you tap ur card

Me and my family always bought food from this store, very loyal customer. Today, I decided to take out chicken rice platter and over charged me extra 3$, because the there checkout screen shows 14.50$ for super platter; however when I asked they said price changed and they showed me show chit sheet which literally I could see because it was kept near to their computer. I quickly open their online ordering and found to be less price even thier screen also shows the same. However, they still decided to charge with 3$ extra without even saying a sorry. I was hungry and already paid with a damn tip. Such a pathetic people, never ever again I am gona buy from this place, there are plenty of donair restaurants near here. Please carefully read the comment, which I did say the monitors above counter shows less price- paraphrase differently and I forgot to take a picture of counter monitors to avoid this confusion.

There are laws in this in place to avoid such mistake in future. And I understand, increasing cost; and you r very welcome to increase as you wish however you must reflect the price in your system, counter monitors, checkout screen before...
