barBURRITO — Restaurant in Port Hope

I absolutely love barBURRITO in Port Hope! The freshness of their food is unmatched – they always use the freshest ingredients which makes a huge difference. My personal favourite are their falafel bowls, they are simply delicious!

The service here is exceptional too. Every visit, I'm greeted warmly by the staff who are incredibly kind and attentive. Garima, the owner, is a super nice lady who has personally made my experience here so enjoyable. They go above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience every time. This location has truly set the bar high – I won't go to any other barBURRITO because this one consistently delivers the best food and service....

Sadly disappointed yesterday for the 1st time. We frequent this location & have until now been very pleased. Suppose everyone can have an off day. Looking forward to checking out the crunchy chicken a new feature for a limited time. Had very much enjoyed the bang, bang shrimp. The chicken ordered with the same sauce was dry, overdone? The cilantro was not fresh, there were spoiled stems that had to be discarded from my sweetie's bowl. Suggest that the cilantro (not chopped) be chopped fresh throughout the day in smaller portions as needed. My burrito likely contained the not visible spoiled stems. AND the bowl contained NONE of the ordered sour cream or...

Today I ventured back to barBURRITO at the manager's request for another lunch. As previously mentioned in my barBURRITO review back in July, things did not go well, and resulted in a negative review from me. Well I'm very pleased to review barBURRITO with Positive feedback. Upon entry I was greeted by Garima(hope I got her name correct) with a smile and wonderful attitude. Everything was fresh like always and made to perfection. The whole experience was as it should be with the level of customer service I'm accustomed to from this location. Thank you...I'm very glad to be back.
