Its very rare that I leave reviews especially in this case when its a fast food restaurant and one I've worked at but I'm overwhelmed with disappointment with the quality of the location over the past year or so. Many of the people who work here I have met, worked with and spoken to and like so it upsets me to have to write this but my experience this evening was my last straw. I went through the drive thru at 5:45pm to get a ham and cheddar no tomato, small iced capp and a 10 pack of Tim bits and it went wrong. To begin at the speaker the girl who did seemed young asked me 3 times to repeat my order despite the fact that she relayed it back to me after each time which I understand was probably because she was away from the till. Then they handed me my sandwich on the outside of the packaging with ranch on top of the sandwich which got all over me. When I got home I went to go reconstruction the sandwich which doesn't bug me cause I know they have to throw them together quick but I then realized it had turkey the wrong cheese and it smelled of bacon that clearly had been removed. I was so frustrated with the smell and taste but couldn't go back to the store so I just ate something else. I'm truly so disappointed. I know that the location is busy but they clearly had lots of staff and I was the only customer...
Read moreAs a regular patron of Tim Hortons, I can attest to the consistent quality and affordability of their offerings. Whether it's a morning coffee run or a quick bite for lunch, Tim Hortons never disappoints.
One of the highlights of my Tim Hortons experience is their coffee. With its smooth flavor and just the right amount of strength, it's the perfect pick-me-up to start my day. Plus, their wide range of coffee options ensures there's something for everyone, whether you prefer it black or jazzed up with flavored syrups.
The menu at Tim Hortons is also a winner in my book. From their classic breakfast sandwiches to their freshly made soups and sandwiches, there's always a delicious option to satisfy my cravings. And let's not forget about their donuts and pastries, which are always fresh and indulgent without breaking the bank.
But beyond the food and drinks, what keeps me coming back to Tim Hortons is the friendly service and convenient locations. Whether I'm ordering at the drive-thru or popping into the café, the staff is always welcoming and efficient, making my visit a pleasant experience every time.
Overall, Tim Hortons offers great value for the money, making it my go-to spot for delicious and...
Read moreTim Horton's in Newcastle is the worse place to go! I ordered my Steep tea at the drive window, 4 vehicles ahead of me. When I finally get to the window, um were currently out of steep tea. Comment sense would be brew another pot right? I just wasted 4 to 5 minutes in the line up to be told there out of Steep tea. It takes 5minutes and 30 seconds to brew a pot. No sense in addressing any concern to the owner (Jay) in Newcastle he does nothing for his customers. In fact it was Jay himself that mentioned to me he allows 1 minute per vehicle thru the drive thru. ( I address a previous complaint) So with that being said, remember if there's 10 or more vehicles in the drive thru, be prepared to 10 minutes or more. Maybe the owner should show more support towards his staff, n actually help his team throughout the day. Especially when there's no supervision after 3pm, the kids are only there to make a paycheck. Customers services in not...
