Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Port Hope

Absolutely disgusted by the whole experience! Never in my life have I been treated so rudely!!! Took the girl 5 minutes to come to the register when my family and I came in. Watched her walk around puttering with this and that. Came over finally to take our order. We placed our order and she seemed very annoyed. We ordered two pizzas, pickles and 4 drinks for my family. She put 3 drinks on the counter and walked away. We took a seat and waited. Numerous times I tried to get her attention to get my drink and she kept walking away. My husband and I went outside for a few minutes and my kids remained at the table, they heard the girl say oh I f---ed up. We re- entered the store and the kids told us what she said. I said she is having a bad day. Finally I got her to the counter to get my drink I asked nicely can I get my Diet Coke please. She grabbed it and put it on the counter and rolled her eyes at me!!! I said thank you and walked away. My husband was really mad at thservice and said your welcome! And why don't you try and be nice and do your f--ink job. She started to scold my husband through the whole restaurant!!!! We got pickles that looks like someone sat on the, and not even the 10 that were supposed to be in the box and wouldn't even hand us our food. She threw it on the counter and walked away. Unbelievable attitude!!! We the and left our boxes on the table and she complained to the couple about us that just walked in. I am a manager in a store myself. If I ever spoke to a customer or treated one the way she did I would be fired! I will NEVER enter your store...

So I should have known better, but I was hungry, and nowhere else in the area sells a panzerotti. The panzo was super thin in the middle and all dough around the edges. Obviously, whoever made this doesn't know how to, but that is the least of the issues. I ordered double pepperoni and bacon. There may have been at most 15 pepperonis in the entire thing as well as minimal bacon and cheese. Just because I can't see inside doesn't mean I don't know you ripped me off as soon as I take a bite. Keep trying to boost your profits by skimping on toppings so someone else can take it over and do the exact same thing. 🤔🙄 I don't know who is in charge or why they will give a franchise to just about anyone, but it's getting to be pretty pathetic! Don't worry though, I expect no response as it's indefensible.

Worst experience I have ever had at any establishment. Ordered wings and a panzorotti, requested the panzo made fresh as I didn't want stale food. The person at the til said "no problem" they proceeded to take the display panzo from the shelf and reheat it and after I recieved my food I asked once again if it was cooked fresh and he said yes sir it is. opened it up and it broke in half like a ceramic tile. so I showed them and the owner put his hands in my face telling me I was wrong and I was being rude. So naturally I got upset. Not to mention the other guy threw his hands up in the air after I told him the wings were supposed to be tossed in generic sauce (not on the side).
