KFC — Restaurant in Port Hope

KFC Port Hope used to be a glorious place until they hired Kelly White and allowed her near the public. After placing my order the entire restaurant was subject to the workers thoughts of me. The KFC worker (KELLY WHITE) verbally abused me stating; “why does she think she’s so special” Her verbal harassment was so loud that that the entire restaurant including myself heard her from the back where the food is prepared. After giving her a moment to stop I leaned over the counter and told her I could hear her. Instead of owning her mistake she threatened to call the police on me for calling her out on her childish behaviour. This worker is newly employed with KFC and in my eyes doesn’t meet basic criteria for customer service and shouldn’t pass probation. Me and my friend came to this place for the first time and he made an order and the Short young girl did works at the register kept going to the back to ask for help, we asked for dark meat instead of white meat and they said yes they would do it but when we received the order, it was only white meat, and then we had also asked for them to put more than one Chicken leg and they said yes, and there was only one inside the order and they told us it was a combo in the beginning and when we asked for our cups, they said, it’s not a combo so we had to pay extra for cups and they also forgot to put cutlery and napkins and ketchup inside and I had to get up three times to go ask them for the things that we needed that we had asked for when we ordered, they will never see me coming back to that...

Although the whole family loves KFC, bought a 14 piece bucket, we seem to have mostly wings and legs. Place my order I was told it would be a 20-minute wait, ended up being 33 minutes. Not sure why they don't have some cooked up ahead of time. I've been there three times, and you always have to wait for your food, and it's a longer wait time than what they tell you.

When they say a 10, 14 or 18 piece bucket, they should give you a breakdown of what's in each bucket, number of wings, legs, thighs or breastfeed, in the three times I've been there the quantity of each seems to vary greatly.

I think next time I will go to the one in Coburg just so I can compare, wait times and type of pieces...
