Reginos Pizza — Restaurant in Port Hope

Don’t usually make reviews but thought people should be aware of the service I received. I had ordered take out and was greeted when I walked in and gave my phone number for pickup. She said it would be out in a few minutes. I unknowingly watched the lady at the front take my pizza out of the oven thinking it was someone else’s and put it on top of the oven while we she chatted with other staff members in the back. I assumed my pizza was just not ready but as I continued to wait as she was chatting I realized no other orders were coming through. I got her attention and asked her if that was my pizza. She said yes and I asked why my pizza was put up top while I was right there and she blatantly lied and said it was just taken out. I had called back to complain to the manager that my pizza was cold and she said she would give me a credit. Last time I ordered 1topping medium pizza online with mushroom but they made with pepperoni but I don’t eat meat so I told him I ordered mushroom but he just put mushroom on top and gave the pizza I told him I don’t eat meat and gave him the Pizza and left. I already paid for it. Still he was pretty old and so I just let it go. But today I ordered again and we to pick up and I was waiting for service more the 5 minutes but no one help me. There was 2 employees but they were looking at me and make pizza. Didn’t even ask me anything or say anything. I felt like no point to wait and left the store. I am not come back again. place isn't really a place to dine in as they only have 2 small tables.. there were 2 people/staff and they were accommodating. we got 2 medium pizzas to go and for each day they have a special, so do ask what they have when ordering. there's ample parking in the plaza, and they take american express. service is made to order so we didn't mind the 15 to 20 min wait.. so don't expect fastfood like less than 10 minutes! taste? double cheeze pizza is satisfying enough for me, but taste is subjective. naturally i enjoyed the 5 toppings ($17) medium pizza all the more! 5 stars for...
