Booster Juice — Restaurant in Port Moody

Delicious smoothies, yummy sandwich and wrap, ATROCIOUS service. The young lady working the evening shift Aug10/2025 was terrible. We could tell she must hate her job. My family of 4 ordered between us, 3 smoothies, 1 wrap, 1 sandwich. The wrap and sandwich were premade and heated up. Ok, yummy, not much work for her. But when we ordered, she had this look in her eye like she was going to die because we ordered sooo much. My husband and I both noticed. When it was time to pay, she didn’t tell us how much we owed. She just turned the Interac machine towards us and said “here”. Okkkk. So we waited for our items. My daughter wanted to clarify that the drink she placed on the counter was hers and the girl rudely snapped “that’s yours”. When we got into the car, as a family we debriefed on how awful she was and how it seemed like she hated us and hated her job.

Side note, careful walking in. There is a random awkward step/curb and my daughter tripped as well I saw another customer trip. Another aspect that is awful was the chairs that are metal with no buffer when you drag them along the ground to reposition, they make a truly awful sound. Booster Juice is Booster Juice.. and the drinks tasted good. But the person working when we came in, mixed with the awful metal on tile sounds and tripping on the way in because the curb needs repair was why I chose to leave this review. This Booster Juice has been nothing but trouble for me. I LOVE their fresh juices, but it's just too much trouble to go through. In the years I've been coming here, I've encountered: -Constantly being told "We're out of juice" (You're Booster JUICE) -Constantly being told "We're out of oranges" -Hardly ever having the ingredients or means to make menu items that I want -Refusal to provide service if it's too close to closing time ("I can't make juice, we close in less than an hour") -Constantly closing early, despite the listed hours (Today, it was supposed to close at 9pm, but it was closed at 6pm.)

I recently started working in this area and out of all the places I’ve went to get my food for my break, this has definitely been the most friendly and sanitary place to go. I have never been to a booster juice in my life before coming here to try it. I saw it in the area and thought it would be a good idea to start thinking about my health. One big thing for me is making sure your hands are clean after using the til for when handling food, and from my first experience until now over the past few months, it’s always the same, they demonstrate proper food safe and they always make you feel good to be there, and the overall attitude is just absolutely genuine.
