We order from this location regularly. The service is usually just ok, but it's close and convenient, and the pizza isn't bad, so we continue to buy from them. Tonight, I picked up our order - 2 pizzas, 2 dips. (We needed to replace our expired jars of dip in the fridge as they were past their due date and had gone off / were runny.) When I got home with our order, I noticed that my husband's dip has a best before date of Jan 31, 2025. My dip, however, is listed as Sept 18, 2024 (so, 3 weeks from now). We are a 2-person household who like different pizzas and different dips / flavours. As with everything, the cost of pizza and dips, etc has gone up. A jar now costs $7.65 (a little less than 1/2 the cost of a small pizza). I can't possibly eat this much dip in 3 weeks time, and am annoyed that my husband's dip will last so much longer than mine. So, when I call to complain, I'm told that "customer care" says that the dips only last for two weeks after they've been opened, and that they can't help, compensate or accommodate me in any way because the dip wasn't sold as expired! Unbelievable. What terrible customer service. I'm suddenly much more motivated / inclined to give our money to one of the many other pizza places in Port Moody....

But, it was only after I gave my tip and sent the driver on his way did I notice all the toppings had slide off of the pizza into an unrecognizable rolled up blob in side the box. Tried to salvage it only to find that the toppings had dirt on them. Called the restaurant. They said it would take another 40 minutes to an hour for another pizza AND only in-store refund not money back. I thought under the circumstances that maybe they could lift their little pinky finger and bump my order ahead of the others they were working on. But I decided not to. Only because I didn't want to put anything in my mouth from this store.
I told them they could keep their $30.00 and $10.00 tip
I figured it was 30 minutes late because they were washing the bathroom floors with it before sending to me.
Overall attitude was typical of the retail world today. In three words -they didn't care. Probably hung up the phone, laughed and spat in the next suckers order.

Read moreI’ve ordered from here plenty of times, but never again. There have been too many instances of terrible delivery service from rude people. I live in a high rise and several times I’ve been asked to go downstairs to meet them, and if I request they come up, I’m given attitude. On more than one occasion items have been forgotten, or the pizza is damaged, either do to them dropping it or showing no care when transporting. My most recent order, and now last, the driver forgot the drink and said he will run to the store to grab one for me while cursing out loud. Before he left I paid him as well as gave a tip, he then requested I meet him down stairs when he returns with it (really??). The worst part was, when I opened it, it fizzed all over the place and on the floor, because obviously this clown shook the bottle.
