Took my grandkids there today, because we were down around that area and there was a playroom. When we first entered we used the machine to make our order. We entered the playhouse area and three tables were free. Unfortunately we had to look for an employee for a cloth. Very nice gentleman cleaned up all areas even the high chair I needed. Unfortunately it took like 10 minutes for him to come around. The sad thing that happened next wasđȘ.. so it was a very big order between six people. I felt very bad whoever was delivering it we are fatties LOL. But what broke my heart was too young ladies talking a different language came in. I already prepared everyone LOL you guys better thank them it's a big order go playđ. When they came at I said oh my gosh thank you ladies and a few other people around the table said thank you. They kept talking and putting our food on the table. After they finished I said Thank you again and my grandson said thank you. They still just didn't acknowledge us like we weren't speaking English. Ugh.. waked right out the door. The thing that hurt the most not that they weren't speaking a different language, no eye contact or no smile. Everyone looked at me directly in the eye including my grandchildren. I brushed it off as in blaming she was training. Thank you again nice gentleman for at least smiled and engaged with your customers while we...
Read moreI hadn't been to McDonalds since long before the pandemic. I was running errands on foot after a 12hr night shift on one of the first cold, wet, snowy, windy days of November. This McDonalds happened to be a possible last stop on my way home. I entered, then remembered I needed my vaccination screen shot from my phone. It took "forever" for my phone to turn on and wake up while I stood at a distance. An employee came over and politely asked me if I wanted to order and I explained what I was doing. Then my phone had zero percent power. I finally found the form in my wallet indicating I had both vaccinations. I showed it at the cashier and proceeded to order some fries. I then remembered that I had found out during the pandemic that artificial sweeteners were making me sick, so I had to change from my usual diet cola, which then caused further delay in my ordering.
This McD's is in a neighborhood with a higher crime rate. I was sleep deprived and disheveled and "looked the part". However all four employees that I interacted with were extremely professional, polite, patient and gracious. And the place was very...

As a delivery driver, I have experienced significant delays at this McDonaldâs location, especially during late-night pickups. The issue stems from restaurant staff not opening the door promptly. On multiple occasions, I have had to wait outside in the cold for 5 to 7 minutes before someone let me in. This is unacceptable, particularly during winter, when the freezing temperatures make these delays even more frustrating.
This isnât just my experience; many other delivery drivers have reported facing the same problem. Such delays not only inconvenience drivers but can also impact the timely delivery of food to customers.
I strongly urge the management to address this issue by ensuring that staff are more attentive and open the door on time. Implementing clear protocols for handling delivery pickups efficiently, even during late hours, would go a long way in improving this situation.
Delivery drivers work hard to ensure customers receive their orders promptly, and it would be appreciated if McDonaldâs staff extended the same professionalism in facilitating...
