Wendy's — Restaurant in Prince George

I went and asked for a baconator and got a bacon poutine which is not understandable for how it got messed up and as I was hungry I took a bite talking with my girlfriend I went for another bite and it was completely raw took a picture posted it on my FB page I went to the cashier and told her and showed her the burger it was raw she said she would give me a new burger so I threw it out then the manager came and was a bit rude saying where is the burger I told her I threw it out and she said where it wasn't raw I said would you like me to dig in the garbage and show you and as I went to show a picture of the raw burger she said ok and left right away. I am done eating food from inexperienced people get food safe learn how to take orders and please be nice to your customers as they are very important for business like I said on another review I would have an inspector come in un announced and to a thorough walk around and check the quality and safety and sanitation that is in that place as I know for being a chef for 12 years non of that is going on someone including myself should contact the regional health authority as someone will get sick...

Wendy's was great. I was happy to eat there tonight with my husband as it is my favourite fast food restaurant of all time. I have so many great childhood memories from Wendy's. Great food. I miss the BBQ Chicken Ranch Salad with corn and tomatoes and bacon and other things on it that they had for a while a few years ago...my all-time favorite. I also liked a salad that came soon after that one that I don't remember the name of this salad but it had avocado and quinoa and other superfoods in it with balsamic dressing...that was my next favourite, but then that got taken away too...both of my favorites were gone and hopefully they cone back for good soon. I used to go to Wendy's twice a week, but then I get attached to a favourite salad, then they stripped it from me. Anyways, I hope one day they will bring those salads back as regulars. I was happy to go back tonight as I I still love their burgers also, but their salads were the best, but I stopped having them from there as they keep taking away my favourite salads. Still 5 stars and highly recommended, but please bring those salads...

Worst customer service experience, extremely unprofessional management.

Was accused of lying by not one, but TWO members of management. I spent over $30 on food, am a frequent customer and donated along with my bill.. I got home to realise I only received 1 fries when I had paid for two (stated on the receipt). I called them to let them know, and was accused of lying by the manager who put together my order, stating that she was 100% sure she put them in. Well I can very honestly tell you she did not, she then proceeded to pass the phone off to the main manager of the Wendy's on Central who also accused me of lying (without checking the video). She repeatedly stated "why would she say she is sure she put them in if she did not?". Well that is a good question, I am rather curious of that myself. After being accused of lying multiple times—and I remind you this is over 1 large fries—she said she would check the camera footage. I left her my phone number and requested that she call me and apologize after viewing the footage... I am still waiting for...
