When I called the store to report the issue, I was further inconvenienced by being asked to bring the pizza back to the store to demonstrate the mistake. While I understand the need to verify errors, this added significant frustration as it required additional effort and time on my part.
To make matters worse, I was only offered a 50% discount on my next pizza as a resolution. This response feels inadequate, considering the seriousness of the error. A more appropriate action, such as a full refund or a replacement pizza, would have been a better way to address this mistake and show concern for customer satisfaction.

To my surprise when I got home the pizza didn’t have any cheese, I don’t think a regular amount of cheese would have been so light in cheese as that, it was ridiculous.
