Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Quebec

As a pure vegetarian, I was extremely distressed to find a piece of meat on the pizza I ordered and picked up today. I only discovered this mistake after arriving at my hotel and opening the box. This oversight is not only unacceptable but also highly disrespectful to my dietary preferences and beliefs.

When I called the store to report the issue, I was further inconvenienced by being asked to bring the pizza back to the store to demonstrate the mistake. While I understand the need to verify errors, this added significant frustration as it required additional effort and time on my part.

To make matters worse, I was only offered a 50% discount on my next pizza as a resolution. This response feels inadequate, considering the seriousness of the error. A more appropriate action, such as a full refund or a replacement pizza, would have been a better way to address this mistake and show concern for customer satisfaction.

I ordered through the Domino's App, arrived at the location and it said my order was ready. I went up to the counter where there was nobody because they were all in the back. I'm talking about 6 people working but nobody checking the front as they were busy talking amongst each other. Someone finally came, I gave them my name and he quickly looked at the orders that were ready and said it's not ready yet. I told him the App says it is and so did his screen which is facing the customers and he said it won't be long. I bought a Brooklyn Style Pepperoni pizza last night at this location and could be more disappointed. I ordered the pizza with extra cheese, which I was charged more for obviously. To my surprise when I got home the pizza didn’t have any cheese, I don’t think a regular amount of cheese would have been so light in cheese as that, it was ridiculous. The pizza was over baked, overly dry and not even the provolone cheese that was supposed to come with was there. If I hadn’t driven 20 minutes to get to the store, I would have gone back to get a refund. Definitely not coming back to...
