Harvey's — Restaurant in Quebec

I was visiting Quebec for the first time and ordered from this place on 7th June 2024 as it was already late in night through uber. I was running out of drinking water so along with my combo I ordered 4 more water bottles. I can clearly understand that it must be busy so they forgot to give my water bottles but they haven’t given me my drink with the combo too and I didn’t request for tomatoes and pickles in them but I they were put inside my burger.

I had to again go back to a convenience store to get water. Initially I wanted to go and them up but I couldn’t co on June 7th morning and june 8th morning I was leaving back to my city. And upon calling them requesting for my refunds they said they can’t do it. Irrespective of the situation I contacted the uber support as well and they said it was not eligible to refund the amount.

Long story short! I lost my money, I was hungry...

Mardi 15oct 18h30 : deux poutines poulet Buffalo avec 2 morceaux de poulet dans chacune. J'ai l'impression que quand on prends deux poutines ils mettent la même quantité de poulet que dans une et la divisé en deux. Ça fais qqfois que ça marrive.

Honte à Harveys pour ne pas offrir la fonction pourboires quand on paye par carte! Les employés travaillent comme des fous en plus! Sérieusement c honteux. Lautre jour un homme criait sur une employée comme si c'était une guenille parce que elle déposait pas les oignons assez vite dans son hamburger! Je lui aurait pitcher dans face moi ses oignons! C'est le pourboire qui leur permet de survivre souvent. La madame avec les lunettes grande et corpulente (comme moi!) elle est merveilleuse. Elle travaille comme une déchaîné. Quand elle est là j'attends jamais. Elle parle français (alléluia)! Elle propose même des options que je connais pas. Et c toujours de bons conseils! Cette femme là mérite le 5$ de pourboire que je voulais lui offrir mais tout se fait par carte aujourd'hui donc... Bien dommage. Honte au "management" qui eux ont un salaire pas mal plus élevé evidement....J'apprécie sinon bcp la poitrine poulet Buffalo! Bravo à toute...
