Just went the other night with my grandparents who are english speakers and visiting. We had an amazing time. Première expérience décevante...nous avions réservé pour 18h. Nous avons commandé au alentour de 18h20. À 19h35 environ la serveuse nous annonce qu’il y a eu une erreur en cuisine. Nos plats sont arrivés peut-être 20 minutes plus tard. Les assiettes étaient chaudes, mais le contenu était carrément froid. Nous avions tellement faim que nous n’avons pas renvoyé les assiettes en cuisine. Au moment de payer l’addition, nous avons mentionné les désagréments que nous avions vécu et la serveuse nous a avisé que c’était exceptionnel, que cela n’arrivait jamais, mais que la prochaine fois qu’elle pourrait s’arranger pour que cela n’arrive plus. Malheureusement, il n’y aura pas de prochaine fois. Est-ce en cuisine le problème ou le fait d’avoir seulement 2 serveuses un samedi soir?...
