Pizzéria NO.900 - Maguire — Restaurant in Quebec

Je suis désolé de devoir dire que mon expérience au restaurant pizzeria 900 a été plutôt décevante. L'ambiance générale du restaurant était tout à fait ordinaire en raison d'un éclairage négligé et d'un manque flagrant de traitement acoustique, ce qui rendait le bruit des conversations extrêmement envahissant.

Passons à l'élément central : la pizza, spécialité de l'établissement. Malheureusement, j'ai été déçu par la quantité minimale de garniture sur la pizza. Même en demandant un supplément, il était extrêmement difficile de trouver la garniture. Ce manque de générosité dans les ingrédients a grandement affecté mon expérience culinaire.

De plus, concernant les commandes à emporter, je tiens à souligner qu'il serait fortement recommandé de vérifier votre commande avant de quitter l'établissement. Il n'est pas rare de trouver des surprises désagréables une fois rentré à la maison en ouvrant la boîte.

J'ai eu l'occasion de déguster des pizzas dans de nombreux endroits en Amérique et en Europe, mais je dois avouer que rarement ai-je rencontré une pizza aussi dégarnie que celle de La 900. Cette expérience soulève des points à améliorer pour le restaurant, notamment en ce qui concerne la générosité des garnitures et la qualité des commandes à emporter.

I am sorry to have to say that my experience at the pizzeria restaurant La 900 was rather disappointing. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was quite ordinary due to neglected lighting and a noticeable lack of acoustic treatment, making the noise from conversations extremely invasive.

Let's move on to the main element: the pizza, the establishment's specialty. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the minimal amount of toppings on the pizza. Even with an extra topping request, it was extremely difficult to find the toppings. This lack of generosity in the ingredients greatly affected my culinary experience.

Furthermore, regarding takeaway orders, I would like to emphasize that it would be highly recommended to check your order before leaving the establishment. It is not uncommon to find unpleasant surprises once you are home and open the box.

I have had the opportunity to taste pizzas in many places in America and Europe, but I must admit that rarely have I encountered a pizza as scantily topped as La 900's. This experience highlights areas for improvement for the restaurant, particularly concerning the generosity of toppings and the quality of takeaway orders.

The food was horrible. It was shocking how bad it was. We ordered two different kinds of pizza, and both of them showed up as just a piece of bread, very little disgusting tomato sauce, and a couple of pieces of cheese. They didn't put the remaining condiments on either of our pizzas. They refunded us for only one of the pizzas even though both orders were wrong. Seriously, beyond disappointing. It was so bad that when we called and they said we could talk to the manager tomorrow, we said to each other that if they offered us the correct pizzas as a free dinner to make up for it, we wouldn't want them because of how disgusting they were. One of the best pizzas in Quebec city (price-value may be the best!). Thin crust from the brick oven is delicious, with just the right amount of fresh, quality toppings. Marhgerita was perfeft, including the very fresh basil leaves. Excellent Caesar salad. Very interesting wine list with private imports. Cannolis + double espresso affogato topped off a great meal. Love the decor, tables/chairs/booths...everything gives a warm and fun vibe, including the music. Service was outstanding - quick, friendly, fun...with a knowledgeable waiter.
