A rare treat in the most dire coffee desert that is North America, a land of disturbingly ambiguous, warm brown swill, masquerading as 'coffee'. Vain attempts to endear itself with massive volume over quality content, fail as one would expect, dismally, if not tragically. Such is the accepted fare for much, if not all of it. Canada sadly does not escape this harsh but very real judgement one jot. I have lost count of the number of tubs of such undrinkable swill that i have left virtually untouched, minus little more than a couple of sips. Here instead is a real crème in a real flat white, that actually tastes and feels like real coffee, in real coffee cups. An easy 9½ out of 10. Such a rare pleasure. The biscotti and croissants are a good match and of like quality. Atmosphere? Read moreOne of the best cafe's I've been to! It's a small cozy place, which has a vast variety of teas. I had the chance to try out the Earl Grey with a green tea base and it was one of the best teas I have ever had.
The pricing here is decent and the presentation is exceptional. Staff were very helpful in providing guidance to make a decision as to which tea/coffee is the best fit for me. The tea quality was so impressive that I ended up buying 8 different types of teas here. While sitting and enjoying my beverage, I had the chance to smell samples located on the shelves.
All of the flavors are so incredibly delicious! Got my years supply of teas here, I do look forward to visiting this spot when I'm in Quebec...
