It is hard to give a good rating for this McDonald's
Almost all the time, the wait is very long : By car, if you are in luck and the drive thru is open, it will take about 5 to 10 minutes minimum per vehicle to receive your order. Sometimes it took an hour for only 4 vehicles. Inside, while ordering will be faster at the self serve machine, you might wait more than 15 minutes to receive your order in peak hour.
For order accuracy: Sometimes little mistakes like prep the order to eat inside but ordered to go, so they have to pack everything in a bag. But I did get some big mistakes : Without telling my order completely, here is what happened. I ordered a burger without pickles and an extra on onions. What I got what the opposite. Layers and layers of pickles and no onions. By chance I wasn't allergic to pickles and just not a fan of it.
For the staff : They all seems fine, I didn't get any problem with any. No rudeness with me. Sometimes they just look tired and not motivated. I might have enter at the end of some shifts, so I will not judge on that.
For the rest, there is nothing much to add. It is clean and it is a McDonald's, not a michelin star reataurant.

You can taste their money saving techniques.
If there is no publication of their workers getting higher wages, better benefits, I'm considering of letting this mega corporation go. If this multibillion dollar company refuses to support its foundation, it's front line workers, I have no reason to give them my money.
It's not like their service has maintained its standards. Their food has gone down hill, their services have gone down hill, their doughnuts is a desperation ploy to make higher profits while they are "essential" keeping their doors open, keeping their staff under highly stressful conditions.
If I don't see them trying to sell to me that they are good to their money makers, the pandemic has proven I don't need McD in my life.
This isn't one location. It's 90% of the McD I've visited in the last 5 years.

This area has plenty of retirement appartaments, school, healthy center and a huge Residents area which brings a lot demmand that physically this restaurant is not ready for this(just check comments). Do you think is fair for the workers ? Every time I come here has problem with my order, fries are almost cold, missing something, I feel sad going there complaint cause I don't think is the fault from the employee, but way above from them.
