The food is up to McDonald's standard.

The workers manning the counter are friendly and willing to help nine times out of ten.

However always check your order and items before leaving with take out and keep your receipt when dining in. While there's never a problem with the quality of what you get, it's extremely frequent at this location that they'll forget requested modification or give you the basic version of your meal instead of the one you picked (such as a regular quarter pound instead of the BLT or the basic poutine instead the spicy). Now while it's really frustrating to find something wrong with your order. I never had a problem getting the mistake corrected when I noticed it before leaving or if I came back within a reasonable period of time. To sum it up excellent service just be sure to always double check your order, the staff is usually very understanding.

Atmosphere: no or very low level of background radio or music, the kitchen can get loud but nothing out of the norm for a fast food joint and easily tuned out. The staff from time to time talk and gossip a bit too loudly about awkward topics but nothing truly harmful, seemingly forgetting they're in public so it's best not to pay attention to their chatter. Theres plenty of relaxed sitting options. it's possible to feel some semblance of privacy depending on table choice. There is an area on each floor to accommodate bigger groups and families. While the dining areas seem smaller than in other McDonald's, the two floor configuration and the abundance of windows along the outer walls offer plenty of natural light while also giving the area a more open and...

Amazing experience, enjoyed food while coming back from Quebec. Unbelievable incident: i want to thank you the staff on this location who are so gentle and sweet people. I lost my wallet while coming back from Quebec to Ottawa, i guessed may be i left at MacDonald's only. i called them next morning and one of the staff member confirmed me that it is safe at back office with branch manager, & i can come and pick it. for me it could be long travel to go back and get it, then i requested and they agreed to send it by courier. I am really thankful from my core of heart to the whole staff and the branch Manager. i found My wallet on Last Thursday after 3 days only safe n sound.

Whenever I go to this location, I wish I wouldn't. But today 19 December 2023, it was the drop that spilled the glass. I ordered, I waited for the order, a lady shouted out the number, I headed towards her while signaling to her that it is me, right at the counter, she shouted loud again the number, then she dropped the bag (order) so hard into the counter while staring at me with anger. I talked to another worker (a kind worker), and asked him for the manager. The manager told me in a minute he will be available to talk to me. I waited almost 30 minutes, then this manager said to one of the workers there "can you go talk to that guy?", but she declined.
