Disappointing Experience on My First Visit
Dear Second Cup Customer Service,
I recently visited Second Cup for the first time and ordered a latte froid. I realized afterward that I had forgotten to ask for sugar, so I approached the counter to request some. I was told there would be an extra charge, which I was happy to pay.
However, I was taken aback by the staff member’s attitude. Although she maintained a polite expression, she spoke to me in a rude and condescending tone, almost shouting. It made me feel quite uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially as a first-time customer.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be taken seriously, as I believe customer service is just as important as the quality of your beverages.

Reasonable prices and the cheapest coffee isn't too chabby. Not worth a special trip but if you are in the neighborhood it is a great option to keep in mind.
