We dined at the Tim restaurant at 3235 Chem. des Quatre-Bourgeois, Québec, QC G1W 2K9 at around 11am on August 8, 2024. Suddenly, an old lady waitress who spoke French yelled at us. We didn't understand French and thought it was something else, so we continued to eat. After a while, the waitress suddenly rushed to us and took the bag of food in front of our child and threw it into the trash can. The child was scared at the time. Because we didn't understand French, we later found a waitress who could speak English. She said she was the supervisor. She told us in English that it was because our food was brought from outside, and food was not allowed to be brought in from outside. The waitress had a very bad attitude and said that we could complain, and they didn't care. We are from Toronto and are loyal members of Tim. We have never encountered such a bad thing before. Why couldn't the waiter find an English-speaking waiter to communicate with us? Instead, he took the children's food and toys and threw them into the trash can? And he didn't care at all that we went to the headquarters...
Read moreThe order was taken by an incompetent. Seemed like I was annoying her with my order. I ordered an Iced cap, no whipped cream. I noticed she was charging the iced cap with whipped cream (5.05$) and mentioned it to her. She looked on her console and sighed. After a few seconds she mentioned that the iced cap is the same price with or without whipped cream. I get charged 4.70$ at all other Tim's for no whipped. Not a huge difference. I don't care for the money. I just like to be greeted with a smile and that employee actually give a **....

I would avoid this location. Very disappointing and disrespectful especially since our official languages are...
