St-Hubert Express — Restaurant in Quebec

My family was taking a pit stop from a long drive, and we were excited to come here as this restaurant is served in Quebec. That excitement didn't last long, unfortunately, from the terrible customer service. We tried to do self order due to language barriers, but none of them were working. The cashier understood and tried to take our order. When the order was confirmed, we realized there was a mistake. As we told the cashier, he went furious and said some unpleasant things about us. We can't communicate in French, but we understood his actions, and it spoke a lot more. It was the most inappropriate customer service we ever had. It's understandable how troublesome it can be to deal with language barriers, but you should never minimize people for not being in the same boat as you. Take this from someone who also works somewhere dealing with a lot of customers with language barriers. The food is not worth the price either. Better off finding somewhere else to eat for a...

Really bad client service experience dealing with the staff at the drive through here here, this is the second time it happens to me, stopped by the drive through but the staff made a mistake and forgot to include one of soda drinks in the bag. All good, this happens, people make mistakes, I get it. But then I asked if they could stop by later by my house and drop it off by car through their delivery person on a later delivery route, which they refused to do and told me I had to drive all the way back to pick it up. The client service manager I spoke to over the phone even hung up on me, which I thought was pretty rude, this is the first time something like this happens to me.

Best spot to have a delicious meal. Amazing service and value for the price. Have an ambient atmosphere with music ( not loud). We ordered Indian style rotisserie chicken, chicken noodle soup and Caesar salad and it was really good. Definitely recommend it to someone looking for a delicious meal at a reasonable price. They are also quick in service and staff is very pleasant and helpful.

We were served by Marianne and she very friendly and helpful.
