I’ve been to Osmow’s a few times, but October 15th visit to Trenton location really left me with mixed feelings. I was there on a super hot day, waiting in line for about an hour for my food. While I was waiting, something happened that really bothered me. A customer was just being flat out aggressive toward one of the staff members. The guy actually threw food at him. As someone who works in fast food, I know how hard that can be you are trying to keep up with everything and deal with the rush, and then someone comes along and just makes it worse for no reason. The staff member was clearly doing his best, staying calm and trying to keep track of orders, but the customer’s behavior was completely uncalled for. What really upset me, though, was after the food was thrown, the employee had to clean up the mess on his own. No one came to check on him. He went to the back for a minute, and I was honestly looking around to see if any of the managers or coworkers would go up to him and at least make sure he was okay. But nobody did. He came back a few minutes later and just got right back to work like nothing happened. I really feel for that guy. I don’t know what the management did, but I just hope they at least acknowledged what happened and did something for him. I came back to the store a couple of times since, but I haven’t seen him again. I just want him to know that some of us noticed and appreciate the hard work he’s doing, even when things get rough. No one deserves to be treated like that. Overall, I like Osmow’s and the food is great, but I just hope the management does more to support their employees when stuff like this happens. Read moreEdit October 16/24 - so while we're still pleased with the overall flavor, I've got to say that the consistency has really gone downhill. The Fattoush Salad is supposed to come with pita chips, and I can't recall the last time I've gotten them, without asking for them and actually having to pay and upcharge. The daytime orders are always dressed well when it comes to the Oz Box and chicken on salad, but the evening always seems to be really skimpy on the sauce.
I don't care if I have to pay a bit more for extra sauce. I know I'm supposed to get pita chips in my salad... It would be great if the manager could bring the team together and refresh their memory on the menu. It's a huge menu, but it's also a franchise and I'm tired of not getting what I'm supposed to,.or paying extra for something that should already be included.
This has to be one of the best Osmow's locations we've visited. We frequent the Oshawa, Bowmanville, Port Hope, Belleville and a few Scarborough locations regularly, and always have issues with it being too saucy or not saucy enough, but this location NAILED it for the perfect amount of sauce, toppings and service. The toppings were distributed evenly, making each bite perfect and the sauce was just enough to be creamy and garlicky, without becoming a mess.
The two people working were an absolute pleasure to deal with, both very polite, personable and quick to complete our order.

Read moreWe attended this location on April 20, one of many purchases we’ve made since they opened. Very disappointed to share that we ordered 2 Osmows Special Oz Boxes “on the rocks”, went across the street and to purchase a lottery ticket, came back picked up our order and went home. Upon opening the order we discovered that they had pawned off some other chopped up chicken thing and put it on French fries. Obviously, the girl at the register accidentally entered the order incorrectly. When I called to politely ask for a replacement or refund they told me they couldn’t help us because the receipt said “sticks” (French fries) not “rocks” (rice). I explained again that the cashier must have accidentally punched it in incorrectly and that we clearly ordered rice AND that the Osmows Special Oz Box comes with whole chicken breasts and a slice of pineapple…what we got was all chopped and clearly NOT what’s advertised as this special. She repeated again that they “could not” (more like WOULD NOT) help to make it right. We haven’t had any problems with this location until today but unfortunately we will NEVER be back and will tell everyone we know to steer clear of this location....
