Papas Pizzaland Trenton — Restaurant in Quinte West

I must say I am very disappointed tonight. The last few times have gotten worse each time. When we first started getting pizza from Papas Pizzaland in August it was delicious. I would have given it 10 stars! The owner put care into making a great pizza and when you ordered extra cheese you had extra cheese! The last few times I have asked and paid for extra cheese and there's been less and less each time. Tonight before I ordered I actually mentioned it to the girl at the cash about the pizza not having extra cheese the last few times thinking this time it would be different. Unfortunately that was a waste of my time because there wasn't even regular cheese! You couldn't eat it and keep toppings on it if you tried! The crust was paper thin, it was very saucy, and has left an awful taste in our mouths after eating it! Was very excited that Trenton had such a great pizza place but no more...

So I have been here multiple times. The food is always good but the service is something to be desired. Everytime I have called and placed an order I have been told a time-frame as to when the pizza will be ready and it's always an extra 20 to 30 minute wait past what we were told i get that places get busy. Tonight I ordered and was told 45 minutes. Showed up after 45 min and was told another 15 minutes. Waited that 15 and then an extra 20 min, so total of an hour and a half for my pizza. Then I get it home and I did not get what I ordered. My pizza was missing the bacon I paid extra for, had a chunky meat on it I never asked for and was also missing the fresh garlic. *EDIT March 2025: picked up a panzerotti deal. Both panzerotti was half uncooked dough, one was literally leaking through the box. The last 2 times have been very poorly made. At this point I'm not even sure it's worth going back

*Edit for Feb 2025: picked up 2 pizzas today, wasn't the best. It was very heavy on the sauce, light on the cheese and toppings, and I asked for well done and if I hadn't, the pizza probably would've been raw. Not impressed with the service today.
