Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Quinte West

I wasn't really impressed with the service they were shut down for inside counter orders but got tim horton hockey cards the very first to get them. Since I received them only a couple hours after official of this year's release. But the cards are a lot more expensive than previous years. May find it hard to get as many key or hit cards when also you are paying more and getting less cards. Only three cards in each pack. Tim Hortons is really hiking up all prices. It's more nutritional and cheaper to go to subway now with the economy and all these outrageous prices. It's crazy the cost of all essentials. Not including hockey cards LoL I lucked out not too bad with first opening hopefully get good pulls from three card packs continuously but...

I'm only giving it a 3 star because usually Tim's is good. I can't speak to the quality of food here because I couldn't get any. When I came in, the sign was showing pizza, so I ordered that. But there was no bacon, so I couldn't get it. I thought then that I would order a sandwich, but the sign never changed. It showed only wraps and pizzas. I know Tim's services sandwiches because I've had then before, but I certainly don't have them memorized. I waited and waited but the sign never changed. When I said something to the young lady behind the counter, she glanced briefly at the sign, but that was all she did. She didn't say a word. She obviously could not have cared less. FIX YOUR SIGN SO THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW...

This location is absolute trash. I live basically right beside it and have recently started driving 5 minutes to a different one. Some good employees here, but also some extremely rude ones as well. I once received a chicken sandwich from this location that was still partially frozen. Upon asking for a new one, i was greeted by a rude employee who really didn't care about the situation. Another time i ordered a breakfast sandwich, and as if being a joke it had only the biscuit buns with an English muffin in between. no egg or bacon or anything. Just an English muffin. I no longer even waste my time going here anymore, and again i'm a 30 second...
